Some deals are great, don't get me wrong. But it has been 4 times now I have purchased something and it has not gone through and they have kept the money. My billing and delivery address have been written correctly and yet I come up with an error. I tried 3 times with 3 different cards. The particular deal I bought was worth £125. This occurred last week Monday and it is now Sunday and my money (£125 x 3) is yet to be refunded. I emailed the enquiries email address and got no reply. I want my money back and an apology!
