I have ordered 2 y-pads for my twin grandchildren . I have checked that my vouchers have been redeemed but have only received 1 y-pad, this one was faulty and apart from making a ghastly noise and flashed lights randomly, it.was hardly the teaching aid it claimed to be. I have sent two e-mails to endeavour to sort this out but have received no acknowledgement or reply. As they were for Christmas and only part order has been fulfilled and that one item was not fit for purpose I would like to receive a refund for these unsatisfactory goods. Whilst the amount of money is not high the principle is.
