The most honest thing that you do(which I tell everyone till they are sick of it) The fact that you send the buyer to the actual site where the item is there for sale, at the high price that you advertise, the price that you sell the item for a fraction of! That I get to put that coupon code in and, as if by magic, the price goes down, ENORMOUSLY! That is the thing that reassures me and your best selling point, most definitely!
I tried to purchase vouchers for a trip to Poland. Firstly I had to buy before checking if the dates I wanted were available,which is ridiculous. Then my card was " declined" FIVE times,in the end I gave up. I googled the holiday company and found seriously bad reviews so thought I'd had a lucky escape. Then I was contacted today by my credit card fraud team who were querying the activity!, Turns out that one of the transactions DID go through,my card company can't help because if you supply a merchant with your details,it's not considered fraud! Fortunately I managed to speak by phone to someone at Wowcher customer services ( and by the way they need to make their contact details more accessible !) who was very helpful,and promised a full refund- fingers crossed but I will not be using them again!
I unfortunately was unable to get hold of the company who provided the deal after calling and emailing then at least 15 times in total over a space on 2 weeks! Alicia was prompt in helping me she emailed them and even then no response and thus she provided a full refund
I purchased cryolipo-fat-freezing treatment choosing £169 back in December 2013, That company where booked up so had to wait until 27th March for appointment. During my consultation it was explained to me I wasnt suitable for treatment, and that I should contact wowcher for a refund. I emailed them the same day and received an automated message telling me to expect a response within 72 hours. I've had nothing back at all despite sending a further 3 emails. I've even contacted the merchant who sent me an email to forward on, still not had a response. PayPal are unable to help as it has been more than 45 days since I made payment. I'm going to contact trading standards tomorrow. I will never use wowcher again and would advise others not to. I've used similar sites before such as [external reference] and [external reference] and had no problems at all.
I saw my daughter receiving some great deals through the post so I asked her where she had been getting them from, she explained that the easy shopping experience and great bargains came from a company called wowcher. I asked her to introduce me to this great experience and oportunities. I havent regretted one moment and it brings me great pleasure on a daily basis.

In the end it was unsuccessful with the provider but she provided an acceptable solution to the problem and dealt with it quickly and efficiently which I think is very important for a customer service team and her hard work should be recognised.
I've made some amazing purchases and had some amazing experiences but the most recent one has been ruined as the way payment goes through had changed to money being deducted automatically without me putting in all my credit card details.I was unaware of this and ended up purchasing 3 of the same product by accident.I think I redeemed all 3 but I have only received one and even that is not of good quality but the supplier has only responded to one email aware I have only received one of the three rings purchased.They could at least refund two of the payments .very disappointed indeed
I applied to a deal for my girlfriend from an offer I saw on Wowcher. The client started off well but we soon found out that they had poor customer service and then decided to change their opening times of their offer and as we have kids which makes it very difficult for her to now use this deal. The client was not helpful and to my amazement Wowcher was just as bad. I first emailed Wowcher on 05/03/14 and never heard anything back for 3 weeks. I then sent them another email on 24/03/14 and I still haven't heard anything from either Wowcher or the client. I have no idea what has happened to companies nowadays. No-one cares for their customers anymore.
I decided to treat my mum for her birthday to a trip advertised on wowcher as being reduced to £219. Including 2 flights 4* hotel half board . When I bought my wowcher suddenly they said I needed TWO voucher codes meaning this trip is a actually £428 to include two people. I have a degree in English and re-read this several times before booking. This was not my oversight. On top of all of that they said my credit card had been declined for one of those payments and I have just seen that in fact it went through so I have now paid THREE times. There appears to be absolutely no way to contact anyone other than a trading address . I am appalled by this and will be sharing with everyone I know as a warning.
I will not be using Wowcher again! Once burned twice shy. The product is not fit for purpose. I have e-mailed complaints twice to a wowcher e-mail address. Neither e-mail has even been acknowledged! I can find no other way to contact them and they appear to be able to sell any old rubbish without any form of redress. How do I get through the protection that people like Trustpilot affords them and get to the people that have the power within Wiowcher!
Bought flight and hotel deal for Dublin, advertised price was good, but when you try to book the price is more as 'dates unavailable' or the hotel is miles from Dublin which I don’t want. Dealing with the travel company is hideous, language problems. All in all stick to [External Reference], Wowcher should say Oucher be warned.

For the first time I used wowcher I never received my items and when I tried to log in to find out the apparently my account then didn't exist! When I contacted them I got a reply to say I had an account but no voucher had been used yet clearly the money had been taken out of my account! Been a month and still waiting for my refund and for them to get back to me! Disgusting stay well clear!
This was the first time I have used Wowcher, I have emailed them and raised a case, I have called several times and logged my details and each time promises that someone would contact me. I haven't received my goods and I cannot get through to anyone who can answer as to when I will receive them. Wowcher received my money and to date I don't know any information. Very poor service.
I find all of the hotel deals amazing, sadly I cannot make use of them all. The restaurant deals are not only very good but also encourage you to try new places to eat which is of course the idea behind it. I have also made use of the Chiropractic deals and a number of the goods offers. Well worth being registered although I am not saving money as I make use of too many of your offers.
I bought quite a lot of Wowchers already and I have to say I really love the page. Great deals and very easy to order and to browse through the website. Once I contacted the Wowcher customer service because I didn't get a reply from on of their companies and the lady helped me straight away, although it took quite a long time on the phone.
I always recommend Wowcher to my friends because the deals are amazing and I've never been disappointed so far. :)
