Re-Contruction
Ive shopped there a couple of times, after the sites makeover :) and its great :)! great response, more info on the clothing regarding time for delivery :D and quick response on questions :)

Terrible webshop...
I was trying to buy through X-TRA-X's webshop and have only been met with VERY slow responstime and not up to date stock-information. In fact you have no way of seeing what they have in stock or not. So you can be up for some major waiting, for an item to be available again. And of course you will only be notified of this, after you have made an order. So think twice before ordering and/or using creditcards, that locks your money for a long time.
X-TRA-X also have 4 shops (Berlin, Leipzig, Karlsruhe and Ulm) and it is possible to email them directly. Unfortunately they are all located in Germany, so if you live there go to the shops instead. Employee's in the shops have been friendly, helpfull and answers emails. When failing to get answers from webshop, I contacted the 4 shops directly.
The webshop itself deserves only one star, but due to helpfull staff in the shops, I gave it 2 stars.
It is not a good idea to have a webshop and seem like you can't be bothered by customers. If you want people to buy from you and/or return, treat the customers with respect and service. Remember, you have a webshop to provide a service for us, not the other way around.
