I have had my own company for nearly 10years now and since we began we have been with XLN as the compnay has expanded we have remained loyal and now have 5 sites using XLN and have had no issues at any site
Whatever question I have raised, whether by phone or email, the people at xln always deal with it promptly, efficiently and with courtesy. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this company. This has been my experience from the first contact.
I have been an XLN customer for 6 years and in this time have had a few problems but each has been dealt with in a timely manner and usually by the same person which is always nice to be able to speak to someone who you know
Ive been with XLN just over 6months now since opening my own cafe up, i have a phone line and broadband with them and have just moved my card processing over to them as well, due to a list as long as my arm of problems form the last provider. So far i have recieved alot better service and reliability and whats better is that im saving money as well
Would be nice to be kept up to date with switchover details. Will have waited nearly a month if the change happens. I know this is mainly to do with previous supplier but would like to have been kept informed rather than having to call you when the line wasn't live on both the dates you had given us.
my line went down a few weeks ago, i phoned XLN to get it sorted expecting the usual 4 week wait i have experienced with other providers but they managed to get it back up and running within 24hours. Fantastic!
