Safe, Secure, A1 Team, and a very good price!
Normally people have second thoughts when spending allot of money via a online site.
People will pay the premium and buy from a AD
But you pay the price which can sometimes cost up to 30% more.
With Xupes you can trust them 100%
I too searched around online about this company, and there are lots of pop up Mickey mouse websites that rip you off.
You can tell by speaking to the team that they are dedicated in growing there business and providing very good customer service.
Very professional people with a professional website to match.

Easy payment, swift delivery and very service minded!
My buying experience with Xupes was extremely good. Quick responces on emails, They took the time to guide me personally through the whole purchase process, and it only took two days before I had the watch on my wrist. Of course delivered with all papers as promised.

A Rolex that makes me smile every single time!

I was selling a watch and received an excellent service from start to finish. Apart from the personal service, they gave me all the information that I need in a timely and friendly manner. Would certainly use them again for both selling and buying that special watch. Will be my first port of call.

It was a great pleasure to buy a JlC watch through this company. Joe McKenzie did a fantastic job with the shipping. His emails were always friendly and he tried to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, even after my payment had arrived :-)
I have just received the watch, and so far it looks great.
So far, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Xupes.
I will certainly check them out when a new watch will be "needed" :-)

Parmigiani Kalpagraph XL Chronograph - Dedicated, Excellent & Professional
I came to know about Xupes when I was browsing online for a new dress watch for the last christmas festive celebration. I finally found a unique preowned Parmigiani and decided to purchase it from Xupes. I must say that I was very lucky to have Joe McKenzie (Director of Xupes) dealing with me on this transaction. The watch was soon delivered to me all the way from the UK. But unexpectedly, there was a minor manufacturer's defect with the watch shortly after I received it. I immediately sought help from Joe who had then given me his best effort to help me to resolve this problem and have the watch sent back to the UK for repair. Now the watch is back to me (with a new polish) and I have started to enjoy it. Eventhough this is not really an enjoyable buying experience but getting to know Joe and have his excellent service is undoutedly fantastic. I would definitely go back to Xupes when I need a new watch again and have no hesitation in recommending Xupes. Thank you once again!

After my initial tentative enquiry via email, my early reservations (re mail order on such a major purchase) were dispelled.
Joe McKenzie is a superb communicator, a very fair negotiator, his enthusiasm for watches is infectious and his knowledge is extensive.
He and his team share common values of honesty, integrity, attention to detail (the accuracy of descriptions and images on the Xupes website is particularly impressive).
I am now the proud owner of my ultimate watch , a JLC Master Compressor Extreme Tourbillon after a most enjoyable buying experience.
I have no hesitation in recommending Xupes and I look forward to doing business again in the future.

Cartier Watch
Superbly Professional; Highly Recommended
I’m sure we are all somewhat sceptical, nervous in fact, about buying high value items of jewellery online however, my experience of dealing with Joe at Xupes has been, one has to say, a pleasure. I purchased a used Cartier Watch from him on the 21st Nov 2011, certainly not a cheap item but good value nonetheless; when we collected it, not only was it beautifully presented and in superb condition, it had original paperwork proving authenticity and he provided me with a beautifully prepared Insurance Replacement Valuation Letter to cover and identify the purchase. Most transactional business has to be based on trust, trust me, Xupes come with the Highest recommendation.

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for my wife. They arrived in pristine condition, with an original box, all the paperwork, and a full 2 year warrenty. Communication was excellent.
