Reliable and trusted
I have been using Yahoo for a long time now I can't say enough about Yahoo. I keep coming back to Yahoo. I get more accurate results, and less annoying top of the page promotional websites. The site is fast and responsive.

Quality
Why is Yahoo better than google? Well, in short, it's not.
Google is by far my favourite search engine, but in terms of homepage, it has nothing on Yahoo!
Yahoo provides you with the top stories of the day as well as other topical things that might take your fancy if you are simply bored and have nothing else to do.
Google offers a search engine but if you sat looking at the google homepage for a few mins you can safely assume you are day dreaming or slightly deranged. The same cannot be said about yahoo!'s homepage.

never again
Ordered an ipad case in november- 6 weeks later no case! 16 emails sent to company then today had a live chat on their website and now they state although they sent an email on 19th december stating it had been despatched now they say it takes 30days once despatched. Would never order anything from them again. Finally after posting this I had an email to say it must have been lost in the post and they will send another one out - if I get it I will change this. Shame it has taken 16 emails.

Great for mail and now the Premier League Highlights!
I like the yahoo mail interface - really easy to use and have really found the premier league highlights they have this year very handy when I've missed some of the weekend's games

It is good.
I think yahoo is good. But it is not as good as google. However, I like to use yahoo mail a lot.
