THE DOOR THAT ACTS LIKE A WINDOW
Apart from a bit of confusion over the fitting arrangements, the service was fast and efficient. The staff were motivated and customer friendly and the product excellent.
The attractive glazing has let so much more light into the house, it has made a real difference. Overall the experience was positive and one I would happily recommend.

Don't bother with the rest, get the best, get Yale!
I ordered my Yale back door about six weeks ago and from the time I ordered it online until it was fitted, I must say their service is second to none. I was aware step-by-step what was happening from designing it online to paying online and then being contacted by Evander (who obviously carry out Yale's door fitting etc). Evander were fabulous. Turned up on time, were cheerful, tidy and did a superb job. I am so impressed I am thinking of ordering a front door now. By the way, my back door looks amazing. Virtually the whole street have commented upon it and asked who provided and fitted the door. So well done Yale, and well done Evander!!

Show me any company that can beat their product and service.
Hi Carol, I will like to introduce this company called Yale to you since you said you want to change your front door. I had mine changed recently and when the rep visited he came prepared to answer any question and he even advise me beyond my believe.
The company is trustworthy, they are who they say they are, good time management, when the fitter came he was polite and he showed respect to my property, he told me how long it will take him to complete the job and he kept to the time stipulated. when it comes to fixing the number on the door, he did not fix it without my consent. i can assure you that you can not fault them.

Five star service all the way!
We had decided that a new front door was needed but it had to be exactly right to blend in with our bungalow. We went on the Yale website and within minutes had designed exactly what we required. When the price came up we were amazed as it just seemed too good.
By chance we were cold called by a well known national company around the same time and thought we would get a quote from them for comparison. Needless to say we had to endure a few hours of hard sell and the initial price was almost three times our Yale quote. Even the phoney call to the Manager could not bring it down anywhere close.
We chose Yale and it was a great decision. The survey was done a few days later and our requested fitting date was arranged The guys from Evander turned up on time and did a thoroughly professional job. The quality of the door is fantastic and it was fitted with the minimum amount of “making good” required.
We now have a door that is secure and stylish. Family and friends have commented on how great it looks. They think I am joking when I tell them the price.
My advice is “Don’t waste your time shopping around, go straight for Yale."

Excellent Service, Excellent Product & Great Price
We chose Yale Doors after a recommendation from friends & we would be more than happy to pass on the recommendation.
We were able to build the door online to see the various options and the order process was really smooth.
All appointments were kept, with a phone call prior to arrival & the fitters were very friendly & cleared up after themselves.
The door looks FANTASTIC and more importantly we no longer have any drafts!!!

Yale secures not only your door, but comfort of mind too!
I wanted a new front door so checked online and Yale stood out, not only due to their well known brand name, but also due to the fact you could choose and design your own door. Once done the surveyor came round, explained everything very clearly, and arranged a installation date very quickly. The two guys who came were very professional, worked very well, keeping any mess to a minimum, then cleared up any mess that was made. They also explained the usage of the door very clearly. Overall and excellent experience and one I would definitely recommned.

excellent service, very speedy, the best in the market
We got a lot of quotes for a new front door before settling on Yale. This was partly for the price but also because we liked the 'no pushy salesman' approach. Ordering on the Internet meant the choice was ours and we could think it over in our own time. Once the order was placed, the appointment was quickly made for measuring up and just 3 weeks later the door was fitted. They were very flexible with appointment times and a nice touch was that the same person who came to measure up also fitted the door. Overall the door looks great and we're very pleased.

No Keys for door, Hunting no more
Our yale door is fantastic, from measuring to payment to fitting. If i had a query I didnt even have to call Yale I could go online and use the online chat which was very prompt and they would amend any information i needed chaging, without hanging on in a que. My parents were here on day of intallation and the fitters called before arriving,
I would most certainly use yale again
and the keyless lock entry is brilliant for myself and partner when leaving and coming home to the house .

New door!
We love our new Yale door, the house is a lot warmer, no drafts coming throuh the door or letterbox. I feel more secure with the triple lock. The fitters did a good job. Overall very happy with our new door and it will improve the energy rating on the property.

Excellent value, with great features.
Paul Mullord installed the Yale alarm and was very efficient, he was also very helpful
when I had call to speak to him afterwards for information.
The score of 4 out of 5 is due to a slight delay in the installation date
(website stated within a week, it was nearer to 10 days) and one false alarm to date.

Talking Secure Door
We are really pleased with our new Yale door, the kids come & go as they like.
However the dog does not like our "speaking door".
The process was really smooth & the guys who installed the door even tidied up after themselves.

An open and closed case - completely satisfied with new Yale door
From initial ordering to final installation was a painless and efficient operation. My request for further information was dealt with efficiently by phone, the initial survey visit provided me with useful feedback which enabled me to slightly amend my order, and the installation process went very smoothly. The installers were efficient, did an excellent job and thoroughly tidied up before leaving and taking away my old door. My post-installation call with Yale regarding the locking process was handled well. A very satisfied customer.

Love my new door, people are always commenting on it!
I chose and ordered my door online, it was really simple to do and the website shows you what your door will look like so there's no chance of making a mistake. The service was really quick and my door looks great. I actually get people commenting on what a good looking door it is! I went for the key free door which is fantastic, I can go for a run and not have to carry my keys with me because all I have to do is put in a code instead.

Great value, grest service, great piece of mind.
Who'd have though a wee yellow box on the front of our house could provide such piece of mind. The yale alarm system is simple to use and great value for money. We had it installed just 2 days after purchase. The technician was very friendly and helpfull, and gave us expert advice on the positioning of our sensors. And best of all, there is no monthly fee!

Great system, well priced, service could be better
Overall I am very pleased with the system and the quality of the install. The installation chap was needing some customer service training as our prior agreement of certain items being discussed on the day of the install was ditched as he didn't have them and advised me to go to B&Q! I think he was experienced with these systems, but less so with delivering service to customers. Asking for feedback on the day, never great when the guy is stood in front of you - awkward! Feedback on job sign off forms a complete waste of time. Would I advise to use a Yale system - yes. Would I advise to use a different engineer to the chap I had - probably. Overall it was all ok though and so deserving of 4 stars.

outstanding quality and service.
I found the whole experience of purchasing my new door from yale professional and informative. I was kept informed of the process of ordering and fitting of the door. The fitters were polite and helpful and left no mess and texted me when they were enroute and gave their time of arrival which was spot on. The door itself is very well made and solid. Pleased with our door
Everthing from ordering to fixing the door went relatively well. The chaps who came to fix the door had some problem getting it to work but it worked in the end. The door is a bit hard to open at the moment but I am hoping it will get better with use.
My only gripe with the fitting was that they did not install the house numbers we had ordered; instead they were just handed to us for fixing ourselves.
But, all in all, the door looks very nice, much better tham some other composite doors we had seen.

Can't fault it!
Within an hour of applying on-line, I had a call back - even though it was in the evening. All my questions were clearly answered and an appointment made. The engineer arrived promptly on the agreed date and the work was completed efficiently and quickly with minimum disruption and NO MESS. Really pleases with every aspect of the installation.

Brilliant product, brilliant service, now feel safe in my home .
I have been very pleased with the product and the overall cost (no hidden extras). The gentleman who came to fit it was polite , helpful and sensitive to our individual needs. Has made me feel safe to go out and leave my house for any length of time, something I was unable to do since being broken in to late last year. Can't thank you enough for the peace of mind .

An excellent, efficient service
The service we received from our Yale fitter was second to none - no sooner had we placed our order online had we received a phone call and email from Dave to arrange a fitting date at our convenience, which 2 weekends away. However, the following week Dave called me saying he had a cancellation on the coming Saturday so we arranged it for then. Over the coming days we had a lot of snow and didn't really expect the fitting to happen - but it did. In deep snow.

You'll Aways Want a Yale
You will never guess - we ordered a Yale Alarm system on Saturday and by the following Friday it was all fitted. Nice man, chatty, informed, helpful, fitted the door contacts, sensors, keypad - all in less than 2 hours. Keypad programmed and set - clean, no wires, no mess - great service, great product, easy to use, first rate.
Dont use anyone else - Yale never find a better alarm!

Had a great experience!.
2 guys turned up. One started fitting, All the bits while the other answered all my questions. I wasn't forced to buy anything and everything I did buy was explained to me over and over again.
The alarm is perfect and works very well.
A simple but very affective products!!

Nothing to get alarmed about here.
We decided to get a burglar alarm fitted after a few break ins in the area. After having a couple of quotes I saw the Yale ad on Internet. Made the decision to go with Yale mainly on the reputation. On reflection one of my better decisions no hassle quick and efficient service and the fitter Nick a realy nice guy. I would recommend this service to any one who is thinking of having an alarm system fitted. Once again thanks for the quick and very efficient service.

Excellent quality door, fitted by an expert, service levels not up to scratch.
I've not had a terrible experience, more just a mediocre one that suffered from poor planning and a bit of bad luck. The first fitting that I took the day off for was for the 15th Feb, although in their diary they had the 15th March. The guy on the phone thought is was funny and suggested that I might chill out and watch Loose Women, seeing as I had the day off!! Anway I took it well as mistakes happen and we rebooked for a week later. Week later comes and no engineer. I phoned up and he was stuck on another job and wouldn't be able to make it that day - 2nd day off wasted. So he came round on a Sunday, and did a superb, thorough job and the door looks great. Unfortuanately after phone calls to get compensation for 2 days of wasted holiday, I am still waiting (after 2 more phone calls) for the cheque to come through - delays in their accounts department mmm right. YALE door excellent - Evander fitting (who it's subcontracted to, they don't mention that at the begining), not so good. They don't seem to be able to stick to any appointments, times or agreements with the customer. A bit more planning at their end required and a few less excuses.

Smart price for a smart service
within a few days of my phone call to the company we were contacted by the fitter Robert Price who arrived within a week. There was no push to buy unnessesary extras that you just don't need for a secure alarm system. Robert did a security check and advised the best place for fittings of the sensors. House now feels secure for a lot less than the local security firms would have charged. Peace of mind!!! thanks

Very impressed!
The whole process was so easy, you order on-line, they contact you in the evening to make an appointment, they even offer fitting the alarm in the evenings too!
On the day (I had requested an early start) the local Yale Technician turned up at 07:00 and did a quick survey of the house and made his base in the conservatory, he was straight at it, no interruptions he only asked me things when he needed to know something... Then before you know a couple of hours later the job was done and he gave me a practical demonstration! Its been fantastic, I went for the home connect with the key fob switch on and off, its perfect for switching on the alarm once you're in bed and for switching off when you get up! It even phoned me up when my mother accidently set it off one day, I was able to call her straight back and talk her through the simple process to turn it off!

Simple to use and very effective!
The touch of a few buttons and I feel like my home is much more secure. I love the use of the key fob we have - you can turn the alarm on or off from the comfort of your bed. We have the pet sensor PIR's but not yet tested them out with our cats - slightly concerned the cats being as quick as they are will still manage to set off the alarm. Overall very pleased with the service we received and the product!

I would YALE from the rooftops because they are that good
YALE ALARMS were very speedy. Once the order had been placed on line they contacted us within 2 hours to arrange instalation. Communication before th install was very good as we had to change the appointment a number of times. On arrival YALE were very professional and courteous and cleared away any mess. They took time to explain how the system works and the best places to put the sensors.

Why would I need a male when I've got a Yale!!
An easy transaction! Information on the website was in simple language and found what I needed instantly. Engineer was friendly, helpful and even offered to clean up the dust (which was minimal). Would have no qualms in recommending Yale to anyone!

Lovely door friendly fitters
Company website unable to let you book time/date as they rang to confirm next day.
Were suposed to ring me 1/2 hr before they arrived but didn't!
However friendly fitters on a very cold day.
Unfortunately were not allowed to re attatch alarm breakers on door nor the door bell which they took off!!!!
Also spilled somthing which has left a stain on mat. Lot of mess left but told not to clean it up straight away incase hit door? or spread dust into newly fitted frame.
Very stiff - cannot push handle up from outside to lock it. Taken them over 2 weeks to contact me to see what I thought of service?!

Great Service from Start to Finish
We purchased front and back doors from Yale and were really pleased with both the service and the workmanship. Arrangements for replacement doors were completed via phone and email with ease. Work was carried out quickly and with everything was tidied before fitters left. Additional plaster work was arranged straight away and again work completed to a high standard and very cleanly. I have already recommended Yale to someone else. Very satisfied with all work carried out.

Excellent overall service
From the very beginning when the door was ordered, Yale gave me a date and time for a survey to be carried out, this was done very professionally. Arrived on time, explained what the next stage would be. Had phone call from Yale, confirming that what was said at the survey, is still the same. Before the door was fitted had a phone call from Yale, saying what time the workmen would be turning up. On the day of fitting excellent service, very courteous, left house as clean before they arrived. Would highly recommend the company.
