EXCELLENT SERVICE & GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
Suffering from a lower back problem and an allergy to house dust mites, I decided to replace my mattress with one made of latex. After considering the alternative types, I decided on natural latex. After completing online research and visiting several bed stores I concluded that Yanis offered the best value for money and placed my order for a double 'Superior Latex Mattress' on May 7, 2013. It was delivered the following day.
As it was a one man delivery service, I had to help the driver unload it and carry it up one flight of stairs to my flat (which did my back no good at all). A pair of complementary shredded latex pillows accompanied the mattress. These were so bulky that I found them impractical to use, so they were 'binned'. I subsequently bought two Yanis 'Contour Latex Pillows', which are great.
I have found the mattress to be extremely comfortable, providing great support for my back. In fact, (after recovering from my delivery experience) my back problem has improved considerably.
Initially, I experienced the 'overheating' problems which are often associated with memory foam mattresses - presumably because less body heat escapes through my new mattress than through my old (non-latex) mattress. However, after some experimentation, this problem was easily resolved by simply using a duvet with a lower Tog rating.
I am very pleased with my purchases and have since recommended Yanis to several friends and colleagues.

So far so good
I bought the top of the range Yanis latex mattress about 3 weeks ago. I both me and the missus love it. Its a bit early to tell whether this will aid with my lower back problem but the early signs are good as currently my back pains have calmed down. I'm hoping this has something to do with the mattress. Apart from that it has a lovely reassuring feel to it and a nice soft cover thats washable. Thanks.

Latex or Memory Foam?
I was torn between memory foam and latex and so did a bit of research which left me leaning towards latex. Surprisingly, the number of companies supplying latex mattresses in the London area is limited. I visited the Yanis Mattresses warehouse and found the staff very helpful and having tested a range of their mattresses felt relatively satisfied with my decision to purchase one. I have to say, it's amazing - difficult to describe but I guess - although the mattress seems firm to the touch when you lie on it, its almost like floating on a bed of feathers. A little pricey, but well worth the extra ££££s!

I am sleeping more
Got the medium mattress and wish I had tried out firm so that I could be sure I made the right choice. It seems soft when first reclining on it but after a while I realize there is quite a lot of support in 20cms of depth. Too heavy for me for move around by myself.

Heaven at last, after 2 years of sleep hell.
12 years ago we bought a latex mattress but when it came time for a new one, I thought I'd try a memory foam mattress ( Not from Yannis I would add!). My husband hated this so much, he got too hot, felt he was stuck in the mattress and could not move and despite having a coolmax mattress protector found his side had discoloured to a dark brown and he was concerned about the chemicals in it reacting with him!. After staying at a hotel he thought he'd found the mattress of his dreams, we bought what we believed to be the same a pocket sprung, with natural wool top etc. I hated this one! It was so soft but when I slept on my side if felt the springs were pushing into me, I woke up feeling bruised and i'm no light weight. If you got near the edge of the bed you thought you were falling off,we put up with this for 2 years with me trying different toppers etc. I finally decided that we needed to go back to a latex mattress, but this time it had to be a Natural latex mattress after the experience with the memory foam. I finally dragged my husband out to Yannis's showroom where we tried all the different types and settled on the firmest mattress, Yannis offered to make this slightly more firm if we wished for an extra firm feel at no extra cost. They were really helpful, and we had the mattress with us in under 1 week. Our first nights sleep on the Latex mattress was Heaven, we had both forgotten what a good nights sleep was, all those problems above gone in one go. Even when waking up early we could go back to sleep because we were comfortable, previously we would get put of bed because it was so uncomfortable. Thank You Yanis for making affordable Natural Latex mattresses, I wish I had never changed my type of mattress, and will always be sticking with Natural latex for the rest of my years.

Very quick delivery. I was happy with the purchase and my daughter says it is comfortable and I am very happy to know she can sleep safe without breathing in toxic gas like she would with a normal mattress. Will buy another when we can afford to replace our old mattress.

No more back pain
I was sleeping on a 15 year old coil sprung mattress and thought mild back pain and aching shoulder was an inevitable consequence of the office job. Since having the premium 18cm Latex mattress, firm, this is no longer the case.

Easy to order, good price, delivered as promised, love it!
Having just bought a brand new bed found that although my husband was very happy with it, it was too firm for me due to some recurring lower back and leg pain. We decided that we would get 2 toppers so that we could choose individual comfort needs. I did quite a bit of research and decided on the latex topper from Yanis and have been extremely satisfied with their service and very, very happy with the topper. The first night I got it I slept very soundly. My husband summed it up the next morning when I woke up, saying "So it works then."

Brilliant
Our king sized mattress is a good quality pocket sprung one but has proved to be a little too firm and not very comfortable when trying to sleep on one's side. I phoned Yanis for advice on their latex toppers and on their advice, ordered the luxury version.
It arrived next day, amazing service and it is just so much better than a memory foam topper tried previously. My wife has been ill and lost a lot of weight, the comfort of the latex now allows a goods night sleep. "Brilliant" is not an understatement. The latex topper has made a big difference to our quality of sleep. Forget memory foam!!

Plenty of information supplied about the products and if in doubt you could always phone. Always a little apprehensive in buying online but in this case delivery was as requested and the mattress was as described and we are very pleased with it and the price we paid.

A positive experience.
On balance I would use this firm again.
The product was as described, well packaged and sent fairly promptly.
However, delivery was a bit tricky. Yanismattress did not provide the consignment number (only their reference) and TNT was not very flexible. TNT failed to leave cards twice. They were unable to give any indication as to the time for delivery beyond a mere date. They were unable to narrow it down to half days or to provide a time window. They also failed to turn up on one of the days having advised that (1) they would deliver on that day, and (2) that it would be the last attempt before sending back the goods to the sender. Although TNT customer care team was quite friendly it was a time consuming experience! Given the type of goods sold, a bit more flexibility would be better.

Great Service
I ordered a topper from Yanis and their delivery service was great. I specified a day for when I wanted the delivery and it came on that day. The topper has made a big difference to our sleeping experience - so comfortable!! I chose the 8 cm depth and its perfect for us. It does make the bed higher and I also had to order deep pocketed sheets to accommodate the increase depth - but well worth it to get a better nights sleep.

A great choice!
After testing several mattresses at the showroom I chose the Superior Latex Mattress in Medium. The salesman was quietly attentive and helpful and not at all pushy, which made a refreshing change to other showrooms I had visited.
They only had the single mattress on display in the showroom but I ordered a double. When it arrived, and I first sat on it, it felt much softer than I remembered the one I tested in the showroom to be, and I wondered if that was because the single I tried in the showroom, being smaller, did not give as much as the double. I thought I had made a mistake and should have ordered the Firm, as when I just sat on it or pressed it with my hand it seemed to be very soft and felt as though it squashed down too far. However, when I laid on it and my weight was evenly distributed it felt so much firmer but exceptionally comfortable and supportive. It did take a bit of time to get used to it - about a week - but now I am used to it, it is wonderful and I am having very comfortable and relaxing sleeps and I am really happy with my choice.
The only tiny niggle I have is that the removable cover is quite generous in size and does not fit really close to the mattress - you could say slightly baggy. It might, of course, be designed this way to enable easier removal and replacement - which clearly would be quite a mission if the cover fitted too snugly. However, it causes the cover to bunch up a bit which results in ripples of fabric on the sleeping surface, which are visible through the sheet, but as the cover is very soft, you cannot feel the ripples - so it does not interfere with comfort.
I have read reviews of latex mattresses in which people have complained of the smell of a new mattress. My mattress came rolled and when I unpacked it, it did smell a bit, but the smell soon evaporated - after a few hours. I would say to anyone thinking of purchasing a latex mattress – do not be put off by this as it is not worth worrying about as it is only temporary - and it could be a mistake to overlook latex mattresses because of this, as you could be missing out!
The delivery process went like clockwork and because the mattress was rolled, although it is quite heavy, 2 of us carried it upstairs with no problem. Another great feature of the mattress is that it, very sensibly, has 2 carrying handles stitched to either side, which makes moving it so much easier. When I removed my old mattress I vowed I would never buy another mattress without carrying handles.
I am really happy I chose a latex mattress and would highly recommend it.

Excellent quality product and superb service
We wanted a Dunlopillo mattress to replace our 20-year old Ikea pair of mattresses, but found that the bed shops near us – and places like John Lewis – couldn’t supply in the metric size (160 x 200cm) to fit our Ikea bed frame. It seemed that we’d have to spend something like £1500-2500 on a king-size mattress, and then have to buy a new bed to fit it! I couldn’t believe that this was really so, and I found Yanis on the internet; there was a range of mattress options, and in the size we wanted. We visited their showroom on a Saturday morning, found what we liked, paid around £1100, and it was delivered on the Tuesday morning and put on the bed.
We’re very happy with the product and the service!

Fast delivery great product
Returned to uk 7 years ago and left our latex mattress behind purchased a pocket spring top of the range and never slept properly since.
Purchased this yanis mattress hoping to it would replicate the sleep patterns we left behind and have not been disappointed.
This is a great product and would recommend it without reservation .

Love my new Organic Latex Mattress!
A whole world of comfort for myself and my very bad back! I have severe back and neck pain and choosing a new mattress is a very complicated process with much to consider. I was interested in the memory foam mattress, but read so many horrific things about the "off gassing" and chemicals I would be exposed to every night for 8 hours whilst lying in the mattress. This lead me to look for an organic natural latex mattress. I wasn't sure I could find one within my budget, but after looking online I found Yanis mattresses. I was very concerned about buying a mattress without lying on it first, but customer service assured me that I had 7 days to try the mattress and that the return would be hassle free. I didn't need it though because the minute I laid on my mattress I was in love! So comfortable, my husband and I am in heaven and he no longer wakes me up turning over at night, think his snoring has decreased too! Thank you Yani's for an organic option, super comfortable at an affordable price!

Comfortable mattress
A little harder surface than I expected, and the smell lasted a bit longer than I had thought, but that passes, and the support comfort is very good. I might get a memory foam topper, but haven't decided yet. Very happy with the service. Would use again, and recommend.

Why risking buying a mattress anywhere else?
We have experienced how hard it is to find the mattress that is suitable for you. We bought a mattress with another supplier, it was not the right one for us and we returned it but are still arguing about the terms of return and damages that had been done to our property on delivery. With Yanis we had no problem, they are flexible and will do what is best for you.

Quick Shipping and a quality product.
We selected a mattress topper to augment or caravan Mattress. Since the bed itself is so hard, the mattress topper has helped quite a bit. For our purposes the topper was still a bit thin and quite heavy for a caravan. For home use on a less hard bed, it would be perfect. There is a bit of a funny odor, almost like vanilla, that is strong enough to permeate the sheets. But, that smell seems to be disapating quickly enough.
I would definitely recommend this company because the quality is great and the shipping was very fast. When purchasing, just make sure you can buy as thick a topper that you can buy.

Best mattress ever
We are both very pleased with our new pure natural latex mattress. TNT were good too but would not help carry it up stairs so it was a struggle for us as we are in our 60s.

great products - great service
Got a latex mattress topper for our bed and it's very comfortable . I spoke to the sales person and asked about a medium firmness latex pillow since the other Dunlopillo latex pillow I have been using is too firm for me. He suggested the shredded latex pillow which is not as firm and has eased my neck problems.

Fantastic Service with a fantastic Product
The Yanis 1700 Latex topped Mattress was easy to research and easy to order. When given a firm date to delivery they arrived bang on time, we have used the mattress for about five weeks now and have no regrets. One word of Warning! They come rolled up! Take care when removing outer plastic wrapper, or you might get a smack. Would recommend them to anyone
