fantastic service and quality
The mattress was delivered next day after put an order. It is fantastic. Feel firm but very comfortable.the free pillows are quite high but the matter of getting used to them.

Great Mattress, Yannis are the tops for me !
At Last a mattress that is comfy. After two years of appalling backache & three other mattresses -- the springs went on the first one after 6mths & was replaced with an inferior mattress by the firm, who thought I wouldn't know !! The second one, the foam collapsed in the middle after 6wks, ( I am only a size 12 by the way), the third, was mis-sold to me as a 100% latex mattress, it isn't & it is also like lying on concrete. This has cost me a fortune over the last two years, so I am very happy now to receive this Premium Latex mattress from Yannis -- superfast service too, no having to wait 4wks for the mattress delivery like the others ! Thank-you Yannis, I thoroughly recommend you ! P.S Received a free latex pillow too - Great !!!Beverley, Blackpool, North West.

YANIS MATRESSES IS TRULY OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!
Yanis even made me a special 100% cotton and pure natural latex mattress to my own individual specification to overcome an allergy to wool and all synthetic materials. The Yanis mattress has greatly reduced my serious 24/7 neuropathic multi-regional -pain syndrome.
Discussions about this could not have been more helpful and creatively constructive.
The price was several hundreds below competing natural latex supplies of a standard product, which the rival said 'had to have wool padding like all mattresses.'
The one-off manufacture and delivery all went brilliantly, and precisely according to plan. I was kept fully informed at each stage, as if I mattered to them.
This firm stands miles above any other that I have dealt with.
If only others would learn from them the great art of combining on line efficiencies with a truly truly honest and very thoughtful personal service capitalism would actually work!!!!

After three new mattresses, ive got some comfort at last.
After the third mattress, and spending £1000 on the last mattress, still having problems with my back,i decided to look for a latex mattress topper, for price,comfort and not getting too warm,i found Yanis mattresses on line, after deliberation decided to go for it,i have found this topper brilliant and at last getting some relief for my back. i have had first class service .the only criticism is the delivery company's policy where by having 0800 to 2000 delivery time,and no compromise.

Fast and efficient service, but you need a friend to help you get it upstairs.
The premium latex mattress is perfect for what we need. It's much cooler and more comfortable than our old memory foam one.
My only problem with Yanis is that when I contacted them for their "white glove" service, I was told to ask the driver for help, they use couriers this means that the driver will NOT help you as they are not insured to do so. If it weren't for this little niggle, they'd get 5 stars.

Outstanding company for product and service highly recommended
Can highly recommend this company my single Opulent latex mattress superb very affordable with free latex pillow, next day delivery and excellent communication all the way. Have had many years of poor sleep on a memory foam mattress which has all changed now for the better on my latex. Wish I had changed years ago.

got the latex contour pillow, got latex pillows 8yrs ago and they are still great. love the pillow, and great delivery but latex has gone up a ridiculous amount in last few years. Would recommend this company, price as good as anyone, no problems at all.

finally a quality mattress
I've always brought cheap beds from Dreams or Bensons for Bed's etc. They do the job I guess. But I decided to replace my 7yr old spring mattress with a quality alternative.
After a bit of research on Google, I found that Latex mattress's are pretty good all rounders. Better than Memory foam.
Yanis was top of the list when you type latex mattress into Google. I saw the previous TrustPilot reviews (about 30 reviews) and thought I'd give it a shot.
When I purchased it (Super Comfort Latex), it was 15% off, so ordered straight away. then I realised KING size would be too big. I emailed at night, and rang at 8.59am the next day. He'd already read my email and changed the order to a DOUBLE and changed the delivery date.
They also followed up my queries about the need to turn the mattress over.

Superb Pocket 1700 Latex Mattress – Well made at a good price
After returning a similar mattress to Snug due to poor construction and mismatched marketing literature on their site I went for my second choice at Yanis. I wish I had gone to them first.
Overall quality is excellent. deeper mattress, Better quality outer and inner covers.
Having tried Latex before so we know we are on to a good thing especially with 10 years guarantee.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS.
Having just purchased a SUPERIOR LATEX MATTRESS (FIRM FEEL) I have been very impressed by the very high standard of customer service provided by Yanis.
When I placed the order on their easy to use website I ordered the Medium Feel mattress.This was delivered on the day I selected &as soon as it arrived it was unpacked.As soon as I tried it I realised that it was softer than I thought it would be and contacted Yanis for help & advice.They offered to exchange it at no extra cost to me for the same mattress but with the firmer feel.Arrangements were made to carry out the exchange the next day.
The replacement was delivered as arranged & the other mattress collected for return to Yanis.I opened the new mattress & found it to be just right for my requirements & very comfortable indeed, overall I would recommend the excellent quality products and customer service provided by Yanis.

best sleep ever
Bought 1 wk ago a firm, premium latex mattress with bamboo cover and my gfriend and me very happy bunnie
It has a perfect support but moulds to the body shape, 100x better than any temp@r mattress, tried those before.
ATTENTION you gonna spend much more time in the bed, be ppared for being late many times.:) and it is VERY heavy, 2ppl needed.
Had back ache because of moving house, 1night n the latex,pain gone....
These should be in big shops like dreams, etc. Did not have chance to try ant latex mattress...
So we love it!
Ordering was easy and next day delivery.

The mattress is exactly what I wanted.
It was SO easy to order this mattress on line. When I 'phoned to check sizes etc. my questions were answered promptly, politely and accurately. The mattress arrived next day in perfect order, as promised.

Great quality product
Always had a latex pillow in Australia but so hard to get in the UK. Although not as good as the natural latex products sold there (not as 'weighty' or solid as those from the Natural Bedding Company in Sydney, this is still so much better than the man-made foams available here.
Not given 5 stars only because you have to 'air' the product for around a week before using as there is quite a strong smell to the pillow (smells a bit like coconut) and maybe a little bit firmer would be preferred but then pillows are like mattresses - you have no idea if they are going to suit you until you start using. Overall would recommend.

Hassle free natural latex topper
The 100 % natural latex mattress topper initially seems expensive, but it is much better than products made of synthetic outgassing foams. It is comfortable, and breathable (as promised), and the cover alone probably justifies the price. Also delivery was exactly when stated, with the product cleverly vacuum sealed in plastic, and easy to remove from the packaging and wrangle onto even a larger sized bed. The product is well thought out, well put together, and (at least in my case) flawlessly supplied.

A company that does what it says on the blurb!
I ordered the mattress for delivery to France and to be honest there was a little trepidation. Never having slept on a latex before it was a bit of a gamble. We went the whole hog and bought lates pillows as well. I should say at this stage that the wife didn't want to change our old mattress, even more of a gamble!
The mattress and pillows arrived in three working days to south west France, i was impressed. Unpacked it and we slept on it that night. I wasn't sure i had made the right decision it felt harder than i was expecting. It's now a week and i love it although it's still harder than i thought it would be.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Teo and his team.

Like sleeping on a marshmallow
I'd had several bad experiences with mattresses, beginning with a £400 pocket sprung example from Sleepm*sters that subsided by 2" in just four months. While they strung out the problem bouncing me around 'customer services' for six months I developed back issues which needed an osteopath and a course of Pilates lessons to overcome. That's on top of waking up every two hours during the night in pain. Thanks Jonathan.
In the search for a mattress that would stay comfortable for more than a few months I tried pretty much every type, from pocket springs to open coil springs to foam. With a weakened back none was suitable for long; I was very sensitive to settlement. The one mattress type I hadn't tried was latex, which interested me as foam had been quite good but not quite resilient enough. However the price had put me off. You have to be very careful with latex as there is natural 'tallalay' latex, Dunlop latex - which I suspect is synthetic but often marketed as natural - and synthetic latex. The distinctions get very blurred once marketing people get hold of it.
My open coil mattress had been 'OK' but after a year was starting to deteriorate and something had to be done. Not wishing to be 'stuck' with another collapsing mattress I was browsing Amazon as their returns policy is very good. I didn't find a proper latex mattress there but Yanis Mattresses appeared as a link beneath. I investigated and was intrigued to see a natural latex mattress 16cm deep for £400. The marketing blurb didn't seem too fake and the video clip was interesting.
Yanis offer a 7-day refund period which in practice is little or no use because (1) experience showed me that any settlement issues would take loinger to appear (2) you had to keep the mattress unopened - and as they're vacuum packed you can't use the mattress until you open the packaging!
Anyway I had little choice so took the plunge and ordered one. A question about pillows was answered promptly and the mattress turned up on the day requested. The box had been resealed by the carrier so Yanis might like to put a bit more tape on next time.
However, the important thing is how it feels to sleep on. Compared to the open coil mattress it's like sleeping on a marshmallow! It is soft but supportive, neither too hot nor too cold, and is extremely comfortable to sleep on. 16cm is just thick enough; you wouldn't want it any thinner. Yanis talk about seven zones although how this is done and where they are is not clear. However, the middle of the mattress seems firmer/higher than the areas on each side - is that right? Anyway, I suppose it means I have a firm mattress in the middle and a softer mattress on either side. And so, if and when the sides do compress a little with time, I can shuffle into the middle... we shall see.
But perfection is a lot to ask for and so far (7 days in) I'm very pleased with my Yanis latex mattress. It's not cheap, but it's affordable for latex and has to be better than the pocket sprung and memory equivalents in the shops. Service was good and I hope it will stay as good as it is now. I think, if there are problems, Yanis will be more humane than Sleepm*sters, from whom I'm still paying the price.
After 7 days I give Yanis four stars - very good for service and product so far, just losing one for the minimal returns policy.

Went to see the showroom, which although small was well worth the travel to try the beds. They were very helpful and happy to explain any aspect of the mattress. We ordered late Sat, the mattress turned up on Mon. The 7-day money-back guarantee was not needed in the end but very reassuring. Overall - very VERY happy!

We ordered a super king size natural latex mattress with organic cotton cover. It arrived when agreed after I received a call from the warehouse.
It's a very comfortable mattress and is fantastic value compared to the competition.

Great straightforward deal at a brilliant price.
Wasn't sure about buying off the web sight unseen but worked out well.
Delivered exactly as promised.
Took a day or two to get used to the firmness but well worth it. It is noticeably warmer than any bed we have had before, better in the winter than the summer but still usable.
Hopefully this lasts as long as our old one!

Very comfy mattress. Quick delivery.
Recommended latex mattress. Very comfortable.
Delivery was quick but be aware that delivery is only to the ground floor. The mattress is rolled which makes it easy to carry, however it is very heavy.
Also, if you plan to visit the Yanis store to have a look at the options, give them a call beforehand as the day we went there it wasn't open. We ordered anyway and are very happy with our purchase.

This is one of the few on-line retailers that I found to be reliable and true to their word. My experiences recently regarding items for re-furnishing our home, that I purchased on-line, have been most disappointing including faulty merchandise, delivery delays, and pure disinterest from customer services.
