They are okay
I am quite happy in terms of what we got. It is a bit expensive but they support us very fast with every single request we make. They provide nice data in their platform which is not boasted like any other directories.
Quite happy with the fact they do not make spacious promises like the others. We have just signed with them and hope to see what they are "made of"

BIT COSTLY FOR THE RETURN
Just renewed last week. We have had quite a few people calling saying they have found us on Yell but not certain the price was worth the interest generated. We be looking for a better deal in terms of price next year

Waste of money
Don't bother advertising with Yell, the sales reps always lie to you and it never generates work. Total waste of time.
