WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS...!!!!.

I am very upset about how they treat their customers. Who do they think they are? I believe every website should be able to give you a full refund with out any problems. BUT not yesasia.com. They told me they can give me CREDIT only. Who would ever want to purchase anything off from this website after a bad experience??? C'mon I am very angry that I would NEVER refer this website to anyone!!!!
SO WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE THINKING OF BUYING SOMETHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER REPS NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AND THEIR REFUNDS ARE NOT LEGIT!!

Got 96neko's memoReal album in 7 days shipped to Melbourne. No scratch on it, wrapped with double bubble wrap :D Just placed another 2 order. Hope these ones can have the same treatment! th eonly problem was that I had to go to the post office itself because the apartment doesn't take shipping but that's alright!

SHIPPMENT TAKES FOREVER

Don't trust their estimated shipping time. It turns out you will not be able to receive what you need within the time you have expected. Very unprofessional. Moreover, I called their hotline and their representative has no tact at all. BAD EXPERIENCE!

avoid!! paid n got nthing!

bought some books and it never turns up! waited for a mth after dispatch date.. complained and they said can reship but not able to guarantee they will appear in my postbox.
since i m going to move, they r happy to refund. and then they did me a store credit refund not real refund!! who would want to spend with them again after one bad incident????
luckily or unluckily i paid with paypal and got buyer protection . opened a dispute and they said will do me paypal refund but they couldnt until i close my dispute. omg! if i closed my dispute i could have nothing back, as i no longer protect by paypal and cannot open dispute again! im not that stupid, and make it into a claim now! wait and see whats going to happen! so upset about yesasia!

bad from start to finish

two items ordered from this company. the main item, which was the only reason for placing this order, was cancelled. the other item took forever to come and it only arrived approx. two weeks after reminding them that this was on order with them. this is not a company i would want to deal with again.

slow delivery but ok

it took them almost 2 months to have my order filled and shipped to me. the shipping is very slow. I love my stuff though so it is ok for me. hopefully they can work faster.

This is one of my absolute favourite online stores! I'm really into K-POP, but albums are extremely hard to get without paying inflated prices for shipping. I also enjoy Japanese merchandise, so when I found YesAsia, I was so excited. I quickly placed my order - it was a Japanese artbook that cannot be found in most stores anymore.

With the free shipping, I didn't expect it to be on schedule, but it came within the expected shipping date. It was excellently packaged - wrapped tightly with bubble wrap inside cardboard packaging. It was also completely new, with the instore packaging as well.

I have now ordered more merchandise from YesAsia. This time, it was like superspeed. I placed my review at 9pm one day, and a notice arrived that it had already been packaged and shipped the next morning. Amazing efficiency! ^ ^

I will definitely be shopping at YesAsia in the future. Excellent company, and a wide selection of merchandise. There are preorders as well, as don't worry about missing out on new merch.

It's one of my favorite sites to buy asian cds, dvds, etc. I've heard the complains about this site, but I must say that something like that never happened to me, so I'm not really sure how high this possibility is, but I think that something like that can happen by other sites too. [ The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the huge customs duty, because I've ordered too much at one time, but that's not the fault of the site ^.~ ]

not good not bad

the prices on this store are relatively higher, and the shipping is not speedy, yet sometimes i can get items I couldn't find elsewhere. the processing is very slow also by the way.

Avoid this company

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 4 items on 12/2/2011. On 12/14/2011, they informed me that 1 out of 4 items was not available. They waited another 6 days and mailed out the times on 12/20/2011. When I contacted them, I was told that the shipment would not be received for 6 to 14 days. This will be a horrible Christmas for my daughter. If they has shipped this out on 12/14/2011 then I may have had this order for Christmas.

Very suprised how fast it was

I ordered five items on November 7, and they shipped it the next day and then I got it on November 14. The most amazing thing is that I live in Denmark and I thought it would take about 3 weeks.
By the way, I'm very satisfied with my order, everything is good.
I will definetely shop here again!

Hier o.a. de cd van Charice: Infinity gekocht. Is prima bevallen, de cd is geleverd binnen 8 dagen. Sneller dan Nederlandse cd winkels en stukken goedkoper ook nog.

Bought a hard to find CD, got it within the expected date of arrival, listening to it right now. No issues, got my product as promised. Oh yeah!

Ordered another item which was shipped a few days after ordering. And yet again, yes it arrived within the estimated time of arrival. (2 weeks) I really enjoy browsing this site for the many various items you can find.

Do not use Yesasia you probably never get your items, i have already order from another retailer. If i do get my items i hoping i can return my yesasia as i dont plan to even open the package.

I brought 3 CDs from YesAsia so far. Love how cheap it is compared to my local Korean CD store (each CD from YesAsia were $13.00 each, while the store charged a ridiculous $20 each). And since I spent over $39, the shipping was free! Maybe it was because I brought my stuff during the holiday season (post offices closed, public holidays, an onslaught of parcels, etc) the shipping was slightly delayed by a day or 2, but that was fine with me.
Once my parcel arrived, I found it a hard time to open it up 'cos YesAsia was so careful with it. My CDs had about 2 layers of bubble wrap and then taped inside this heavy duty plastic, then placed and taped into another heavy duty plastic wrapping. Even my scissors had a hard time! Haha.

Great place to find some hard to find import stuff. Shipping was Free and I hope that continues. I hate hidden shipping costs!

3½ stjerne - Godt udvalg af asiatiske varer

Jeg havde pre-ordered nogle cd'er og film, hvori nogle af dem var limited editions. Jeg var urolig for at de ville sende en regular edition ud til mig, fordi der stod på hjemmesiden, at man skal være opmærksom på at de ville sende regular editions ud, hvis de limited editions ikke længere var tilgængelige.

Hjemmeside er nem at navigere og det er nemt at bestille. Jeg modtog mine varer efter 2-3 uger hvilke er en rimelig lang leveringstid! men er tilfreds med varen og indpakningen. Personligt (og hvis jeg sammenligner) så er priserne i yesasia.com dyrere end andre steder, men til gengæld er fragt gratis.

Virkelig en god side, hvor jeg har handlet et par gange uden problemer, men fordi leveringstiden er lidt lang tid giver jeg jer 4 stjerner, men det er også fordi I ligger i HK. Men Jeg er glad for at kunne finde en side som jeg kan købe asiastiske albums:D
