Customercare - does it really exist ??? Request [#650889]

Just found 2 items on yoox.it I wanted to buy, but no no no not so simple. I get informed that they have one site for each country, so I have to go to yoox.dk for Denmark as they ship only to the country linked to the site.

Here starts the challenge as yoox.dk has not exactly the same items. The items here are clearly more old, and the ones that are similar are min 30 % more expensive.

The 2 itmes I wanted are not listed on the danish version, so I contact the socalled custormerservice, asking if they could ship theese 2 t.shirts to Denmark or list them on the danish site.
No no no - they send me standard answer - clearly no one read my question or bothered to solve the matter. I tried few times more with same result.

So to my knowledge YOOX.COM is a big waste of time.

OK, but could have been better

Yoox is a quite excellent site, but with some annoyances, such that their customer service is virtually impossible to get answers from when you write to them, and there are no option to call the customer service.
In addition, I find it reprehensible that as a Dane, must pay up to € 50 more for a pair of pants, than those who live in France, I know this because I am in France half the year, and therefore use the site both as a Dane and as a Frenchman, and I'm not talking about shipping costs.
Try to change the language and country of delivery on their site, and see with your own eyes that some of the prices are different.
This is some of what their customer refuses to answer to.
That said, I have only good experiences with fast delivery and easy refounds

ottimi saldi

Nel periodo dei saldi, si trovano davvero buone offerte.
Sull'abbigliamento è imbattibile, ci sono saldi fino al 70%.
Uno sguardo conviene sempre darlo anche alle novità, perchè le offerte sono davvero buone.

site sérieux

Une première expérience positive.
prix très avantageux sur l'article commandé (Yoox.com était le moins cher sur un ensemble de sites visités). La livraison avec UPS a été très rapide avec un bon suivi.

For who know the prices...Yoox is too expensive for old collection. You can find better online! Great service and large choice, but too expensive.

Super

I love YOOX, mostly their sales bit, and the fact that they have both high-end and budget clothing.
The only thing I could wish for, is that they didn't UPS because they deliver our packages to our neighbor, who we don't know. The first time they sent it back because they didn't know that it was our package.

Rigtig hurtig service, når man tænker på at varen bliver sendt fra Italien. Nemt. Ville benytte dem igen.

Yoox, j'en suis ravis, 100% PERFECT

Vraiment ravis, et toujours autant après plusieurs commandes de fringues.
Toujours bien emballé, commande bien traité, livraison dans les temps.
Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est que je ne risque pas de trouver grand monde avec le même jean, ou le même pull que moi, quand je me ballade ou quand je sors; et pour moi c'est un plus.
Les pris sont très abordables, la taille recherché est pratiquement toujours en stock, plusieurs choix en coloris....
la livraison est gratuite mais qu'à partir de 100€ (dommage), sinon un peu cher pour une livraison standard 1 produit 7,50€, 3 produits 9,50€ (aie aie aie ça fait mal) et c'est le seul petit point négatif pour moi!

je suis ravi de ma commande, votre site est super bien fait. le filtre de recherche sélectionner un designer c'est bien, mais il manque un filtre pour sélectionner une catégorie.

Va bene, i prezzi non saranno sempre dei migliori. Però, per chi vive come me in provincia, sono una risorsa sotto tutti i punti di vista. Un apprezzamento particolare per il settore dedicato al design (che mi consente di fare regali strepitosi!) +++++

Très mitigée plutôt en défaveur

Sincèrement je ne comprends pas le succès de ce site.
Il n'y a pas longtemps j'ai acheté un top d'été de marque Eyedoll pour 54 euros sur un site réputé, hé bien....figurez-vous que j'ai trouvé le même modèle chez Yoox....à.....89 euros soit quasiment le double.

Les prix soi-disant "discount" ne le sont pas au contraire!!!
Depuis que je suis au courant pour ces arnaques je ne commande plus.
Avant bon...j'avais trouvé des bottines superbes je le reconnais pour un prix abordable, pour le reste les prix étaient sympas mais la coupe des produits....je fais du 38 et en prenant un taille S soi 36, ça taille un bon 42...
A part ces bottines je n'ai jamais porté les produits commandés car trop grand ou petit et mal coupé.

Un rêve

Un site de rêve, grandes marques à bons prix d'outlet, grand choix, bonne qualitée ! Seul soucis trop de monde qui y achète, donc toutes belles choses sont vite plus disponibles. Car ils ne possèdent pas bcp d'exemplaires de chaque taille.
Livraison d'Italie en france 4 jours, frais de port. offert il n'y a pas à ce plaindre.

Io mi sono trovata sempre bene

Tantissima scelta e ottimi prezzi, la consegna è rapidissima e soprattutto il reso è gratuito. Ho notato anch'io che sulla versione americana del sito i prezzi di alcuni capi sono più bassi (alcune volte anche della metà) ma questo succede per le marche appunto americane.

Vi racconto un episodio che mi ha fatto pensare ( a parte "LE GRANDI MARCHE CHE SONO SVENTOLATE come il meglio della moda italiana (capi di 10-12 anni fà ). Amo navigare in Internet ma non per chattare con sconosciuti , ma per arrichirmi culturalmente
studiando ,per sapere cio che accade nel mondo e per guardare anche i vestiti ( non c'è niente di male credo ) Bene Signori miei sapete cosa fà YOOX ,oltre a variare i prezzi in saliscendi continui ,offrendoti saldi sempre più accattivanti sino allì80-90% ( non è vero niente ,mettono in forte saldo i prodotti scadenti sintetici ed orridi , mentre la roba un pò decente arriva a cifre notevoli : Ho comprato su Asos .com un bel giubbotto in pelle che ho pagato 150 euro; lo stesso identico prodotto,stessa marca e colore la trovo su yoox per caso a 370 euro
CON LO SCONTO DELL'80% ?MA
Comunque la cosa scandalosa che voglio raccontarvi è un altra .
In un certo periodo avevo trovato su yoox dei vesti in seta semplici di Germano Zama che a mio dire non costavano tanto circa 80 euro.
però ormai son diventata diffidente con questo sito ed ho solo conservato il vestito nella loro DREAM -BOX. Sapete che anche yoox ormai come tutti ha una versione Americana ed altre. Sono finita per caso nel Sito in lingua americana ,mi ha rimandato un sito inglese in quella direzione mentre cercavo in realtà non vestiti ma altro.Dò uno sguardo ai prezzi dei capi d'abbigliamento espressi in dollari e con mia grande sorpresa che trovo ? il vestito famoso di Germano Zama alla modica cifra di 50$ Pensate ,come prima ho detto nello YOOX Italiano lo stesso identico vestito ,costava 80 euro. Non vi pare assurdo che gli italiani possano favorire nei prezzi gli americani e non noi.
Ma non è finità qui ,sono diventata più curiosa ed ho controllato tutto il sito Americano di Yoox : un sacco di bella roba ,vestiti in seta soprattutto di buona marca e ben rifiniti ( tipo Chloé ) con ottimi prezzi
inferiori ai 100 euro e soprattutto ,capi di massimo un anno ,due anni fà. La cosa alla fine mi ha fatto inferocire : mi chiedo e vi chiedo Di che politica di Vendita si tratta ,trattare noi dandoci la roba vecchia e sintetica e accarezzare gli Americani con splendida roba a ottimi prezzi.CHE VERGOGNA

I ordered a piece of glassware/vase for a gift - they were the only ones that had a few in stock, since the design was discontinued three years ago. They write a lot of promising stuff about how environmentally friendly their shipping and packaging material is. The vase including manufacturer's original box measures roughly 20x20x20 cm. This box itself was packed in a slightly larger box with thin paper and chains of air cushions (none in the bottom though).They stuffed all this into a 80x80x80 box without using any protection that would prevent it from smashing back an forth. Luckily the vase survived, but i'm a bit puzzled about the decision to use a large box with no protection. So i'd recommend to consult them and to ask them first about how they intend to ship a fragile item. I chose the standard shipping method, if that matters.

And I'm sticking to it. I prefer to shop at yoox and it's affiliates because there is nothing more exciting and pleasant for me in terms of online shopping. Browsing yoox is my cardio, really. Customer service is above and beyond, nobody can beat you, yoox!

Veloci ma a volte....

Ottimo sito, nulla discutere, ma secondo me sarebbe bello se indicassero il prezzo originale dei prodotti. A volte lo sconto è veramente basso per articoli di una o più stagioni passate! Sicuramente è il loro gioco.

Jeg har købt herfra mere end 5 gange. Mest under deres "sale" kategori. Jeg har været heldig og finde nogle rigtig gode "kup".
De har bare SÅ mange forsk. mærker, så det kræver god tid at gå ind på siden, med mindre det er noget helt specifikt man leder efter...
Der er 3 forskellige leveringsmåder og priserne er helt ok fair.
Et sted jeg handler igen :)

SERVICE!!!!!! I verdensklasse.

Har handlet hos Yoox mange gange og igennem mange år. SERVICE!!

(Siden kan til tider være lidt uoverskuelig) Men jeg har endnu ikke oplevet en anden netshop med bedre service.

Behøver slet ikke at tilføje andet med alle de positive anmeldelser der allerede er af Yoox.
Andet end at var alle Netshops som Yoox, behøvede ingen længere at gå i butikker.

Super Produkte, Super Service, Super Preise- Downgrade von 5 auf 3 am 05.03.2013

Seit Jahren bin ich nun treuer, zufriedener Kunde.
Und ich habe mich heute am 05.03.2013 dazu entschlossen, zwei Punkte abzuziehen. Ich bin immer noch zufrieden, jedoch ist mir folgendes passiert:

ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt, aus Unaufmerksamkeit allerdings einen versehentlich in der falschen Größe. Sofort habe ich den Kundenservive kontaktiert, am Samstag Nachmittag. Leider ist niemand vor Montag Morgen zu erreichen gewesen. Die nicht zufrieden stellende Antwort: Man kann eine Bestellung nachträglich nicht mehr ändern.

A) der Shop ist so enorm gewachsen in den letzen Jahren, es wird in alle Herren Länder verkauft. Da finde ich es nicht mehr zeitgemäß eine Hotline Mo-Fr von 09-21.00 Uhr anzubieten. Für nötigste Abwicklungsdetails sollte auch am Wochenende eine Besetzung+Erreichbarkeit gewährleitet sein.

B) eine Änderung der Bestellung wird ja nun von recht vielen Anbietern durch den User selbst angeboten, solange die Bestellung nicht terminiert wurde.
Bei Yoox ist das nicht möglich, auch eine Änderung durch die Operator ist nicht vorgesehen.
Das finde ich nicht kundenfreundlich und schon gar nicht serviceorientiert.

Aber nun kommt der eigentliche Hammer:

C) wegen der Unflexibilität habe ich dann das richtige Teil widerwillig in einer zweiten Bestellung ausgelöst. Mir werden nun 3 Teile in 2 Paketen zugesenet, wovon eines angekündigt zurückgeht. Die Versandkosten von insgesamt 22 EUR habe ich selbst zu tragen, ein Entgegenkommen seitens Yoox ist nicht erfolgt.

Traurig!

Die drei verbliebenen Sterne gibt es für:

Riesen Sortiment an Designerklamotten und seit einiger Zeit auch Wohnaccessoires.
Lohnend ist auf jeden Fall der Kauf von Waren namhafter Designer, da die Kleidung hier preislich deutlich unter Ladenniveau angeboten wird (allerdings keine aktuelle Kollektionsware, aber wen interessiert´s).
Lieferung erfolgt in der Regel binnen 5 Werktagen zuverlässig mit UPS. Die Kosten hierfür sind allerdings recht hoch (ab ca.11 EUR).

Zum eigentlichen Online-Shop: sehr gut strukturiert und übersichtlich. Einfaches Handling. Leider kann man nicht shoppen, bis der Arzt kommt, da man max. 5 Teile kaufen kann. Ist vielleicht auch manchmal besser so :-) Yoox macht nämlich süchtig

Fin oplevelse

Bestilte 2 cardigans, fik et par dage senere en mail om at den ene ikke var på lager, men at de så ville trække fragten ud for den sidste. Cardiganen ankom som lovet med UPS indenfor 5 dage, der var returlabel vedlagt og der var ikke trukket penge for fragten.

Handler gerne her igen ;o)

God service

Bestilte et par Timberlandsko, og fik dem med UPS kort tid efter - buddet som kom med skoene, ventede til jeg havde prøvet skoene før han gik - for som han sagde; hvis de ikke passede tog han dem med igen, så jeg kunne få dem byttet til nogen der passede. Det var normalt med pakker fra Yoox sagde han.

Rigtig god service, og gode priser på mærkevarer.
