Placed my order 6th January... the website said 3 weeks before I would receive the print.,That is now 2,5 months ago, and I still haven't received anything.
Costumerservice does not reply any emails.
Never ever go with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have bought their voucher via Groupon, and have ordered 2 frames on 6th January 2013, after 7 weeks one frame arrived, but the other frame still did not show up. I have been writing to them to hear about the frames, but I never got any answers from them. They send just a standard mail to respond to say, they will contact me ASAP, but they never did. They do not answer the phone, either. I think, this is very disappointing.

Spent the extra money to "Rush" the order.
I spent DAYS of my life trying to phone customer services but never got through
It still turned up late and when it did it was shockingly bad.
It looked like it had been "designed" by a one-eyed dyslexic dog.
Even the print "quality" was appalling let alone what it looked like.
I am now in the process of going through small claims court to get my £100 back purely on principle alone.
The principle being that NO ONE has answered any of my calls, emails or letters.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

can not get in touch with them, iether on the phone, facebook or mail, and havnt recieved my order yet
I placed 2 orders in October as Christmas presents. They were extremely busy over Christmas and could only deliver 1 frame which I loved. Unfortunately the 2nd frame has still not arrived. They emailed to say it was sent on 6th January with royal mail. It is now the 20th January and i have emailed the company numerous times and get the same generic response that it should be with me soon. It's a great quality product just very disappointed that they take so long
has waited over 24 days for a canvas ive ordered!! and still havent heard from them , wouldnt reccommend to anybody !!
