Mark,Charles, Collin, I will contact the credit card company, post an honest review on this site and many others if you don't acknowledge my email and confirm that you have issued me a refund immediately.
We ordered a hand scraped oak flooring in October 2012. Delivered fine. Although once we moved the boxes in from the drive we noticed about 5 boxes were damaged and so was the flooring. Also when we opened a uple of boxes and saw the floor, it was a laminated floor, not what we expected. I telephoned them and told them my problem and I would like to return the floor. Arranged date for the pick up- which failed to arrived, arranged a second date after talking to a young lad as the manager was not available, again failed to arrive. Third date- another phone call to a young lad, was successful, and I was told our refund would be given as soon as they received the floor. In total this took about two weeks. After 4 days our refund hadn't been paid, so another phone call, to the manager ( so he told me) and I asked for our refund (£904). He said it will be done immediately. Another 3 days- nothing. Consequently I had to start small claims proceedings against them. I had to track down the courier, who was a third party, as I had no reference numbers this was problematic. Thankfully for a very nice lady who did help me, tracked the courier via my original number when the floor was first delivered. I started proceedings, within a day of receiving the summons, I got a call they manager, asking why I was taking them to court? Which was sheer cheek!! They did pay our refund , but it took 10 weeks of stress and worry. How many other people have they done this too? A very bad company, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
