They use YODEL as their courier. A good thing they have PayPal.
I purchased an item from Zalando that was 15 to 20 quid cheaper then if I were to get it from the source shop.
At first I was worried when I stumbled on the Zalando's knock down price, but I saw they had a payment processor PayPal and that warranted further investigating for me.
When I came here though, I was like “WTF, low ratings?” Comments like “items not as described” given by previous members and the fact they use YODEL was the main concern at the time, but I was desperate and I decided to take the plunge. Knowing what I’m like, I would have become the most difficult costumer they ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Fortunately for both sides, everything went smoothly. Zalando kept me updated throughout the morning with the status of delivery via SMS text messaging.
I will purchase from them again, but I’ll be mindful they use YODEL as their courier.
