GREAT PLACE TO BUY SHOES!

Every purchase I have made at Zappos has been a pleasant one. I have never had to return any shoe purchase. My only complaint to Zappos is that they carry women's clothes but no Full Size Women's Clothing. I hope that they start carrying sizes 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, ....etc. They would see a huge increase in sales. That I can guarantee!

Woman's best friend

This site/store really is a woman's best friend. The selection is huge and the prices are good. I don't get shoes from anywhere else.

Easy Online Shopping!

Love Zappos! The selection was awesome but shipping took a little longer than I expected. Luckily the customer service was as great as the product and I was able to swap out my size easily. Definitely the way to shop!

Can't get enough of their customer service

I had to return a gift because the sandals were the wrong size. I had heard of the legendary customer service, but I was honestly blown away. No questions asked, no receipt needed. They pulled up my order and got everything settled right away. Incredible.

Superb customer service, above all expectations!

I ordered 4 pair of shoes on Zappos.com, they were delivered as promised. Only one pair of shoes were mistakenly packed in the wrong size (not the one I ordered) and not the size that was noted down on the packing slip.
Though I never purchased anything on that website before, customer service handled the challenge above all expectations. The person I spoke too was so friendly and service minded, like I have never experienced before.
That company must have some really cool training for their employees and I am one happy customer, who will most certainly visit Zappos.com to find more shoes for my collection.............. regardless what the boyfriend says!

Excellent Site

Haven't ordered still, yet usability is epic!

Customer Service needs some help!

Lots of items to choose from, everything from sporting goods to name brand shoes and apparel. I really liked the selection ad the ordering process was quick and easy. However, I had an issue with my order and the customer service agent I spoke with wasn't very friendly. I would use this service again but hopefully I'll speak with someone else!

Still consider it to be one of the best shopping sites on the web. Order a lot of shoes just to avoid the hassle of the mall or other stores. Don't buy many clothes or accessories from here but they certainly have a pretty big selection. All in all a very good online store.

i got my package after 21 days.. i think it is so long. the condition of the item is perfect. i like the website but customer service is also a bit late on replying messages

If you are like most people now a days, you are looking to save as much as u can where ever you can. Zappos has some of the best deals on name brands. You no longer have to pay an arm and a leg for the brands and designer you love!!!!

I love Zappos overall, I've always had great luck with their quality and the service they provide. I do think sometimes the price isn't the best available (its usually close though), although their inventory is just phenomenal. Great company overall.

Love how they treat/care about customers. Just just love their service. Wish Zappos had operations in Europe, which I think will happen soon. Just can't wait.

Almost no complaints!

Zappos is great, all of my experiences shopping here have been positive. Once, a package got stolen from my porch. They responded to my problem immediately, and handled it well.

My only negative is that their prices are so high! Most of the time, I can find the same item somewhere else cheaper, but I'm always buying there because it is so quick and easy. Just wish they had more discounts, or coupon codes.

It's great to buy whatever you want and return the rest without incurring shipping charges. Unique and awesome concept. If you think you're not paying for it, however, think again. The prices on shoes were considerably higher than what I ended up paying elsewhere. Example: bridal shoes at Zappos for $69.95 were on sale at Sears.com (yes, Sears!) for $18.95. Exact same shoes. Same for shoes purchased at Steinmart for half the price as Zappos. Having to pay full retail these days is crazy.

Best place to shop for shoes

Large selection, good prices, good return policy. Good reviews available on products. Their wide selection of models and sizes make it the only place to go if you have large feet.

The website is so easy to use. I can easily find what I want and the suggestions of what I might like are very helpful.

I had a problem with a pair of shoes, contacted customer service and even though they were worn, they allowed me to exchange them. I requested the exchange 8pm Thursday and the new shoes were here by 2pm on Friday - AMAZING!

Best of the Best - A Model for All Others

There's not much to say about Zappos.com other than the fact that they are the best at what they do. I can get sneakers here in colors not available in stores and at prices that cannot be touched. If I don't like them they will take them back. I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas that I hated, they took them back and issued a credit that I used on another pair and I had them in a week. Really an unbeatable model and company.

wish all stores were like zappos

when a store offers you a year-long return policy and free shipping on both directions, that's ubeatable. i buy shoes and the occasional bag from zappos on a regular basis and it's always a treat.

Great Until They Got Hacked

...and never contacted me. My bank had to notify me, which was not a fun experience. Could have ended worse, but I wish Zappos would have taken this hacking issue a little more seriously.

Zappos ROCKS!

I think Zappos is Awesome. The shoe suggestions are pretty accurate, fair prices, speedy delivery, and they can tell me upfront if they don't have my size. This is pretty important for me because I wear an unusual size.

I was all prepared to give out five stars, but I had to ding them for that whole email/password theft thing. I had to change all of my passwords on my gmail and financial accounts because of this mess. Thank GOD I didn't put my credit card information in their system. Anyway Zappos needs to do better than this.

I'm not sure if I love or hate you Zappos - you make buying shoes too easy. Love the site - tons of selection, but with all the right filters so its easy to find what you want. Love the service - free shipping? both ways? In two days or less? What's not to love?

My wallet hates you, but man do my feet look good.
