Customer service doesnt mean anything to zavvi.com
I ordered 3 xbox 360 games for my kids on 29-Nov 2009 in plenty of time for Christmas I thought, Still waiting for 2 of them to turn up now 17-Dec,
E-mailed them 2-3 times got response once about the 10-working days line, Anyhow its well beyond 10 days so i phoned up on monday and wednesday took me over an hour to get through and cost me £8 on a mobile and was told by the call centre supervisor that she would send me out some fast track forms that i had to fill in to get these items in time for Christmas.
Well i am still waiting for the forms never mind the items i paid for a month in advance, there is nothing i can do, i am at the hands of zavvi.com who dont seem to understand what customer service is or care never mind any Christmas spirit.
Anybody considering zavvi.com dont bother cause if your order goes wrong you will find yourself at the hands of an un-caring money grabbing machine and the money you thought you saved will be chewed up trying to get some Customer Service which doesnt exist within zavvi.com.
