I had my brother-in-law send me a couple of photos...one he took in Nepal and one of his wife kayaking and I put them onto Samsung phone covers. The mountain scene had blue sky above and brown earth below and I decided having the phone's camera opening in the middle of the blue sky sort of ruined the picture so I loaded it upside down. Zazzle caught the change and asked if I really wanted it that way. Yep, I said. Product was then promptly cleared for processing. I appreciated their helpful question and immediate processing. Someone's on the ball there!
I accidentally found Zazzle a few years ago when searching the internet for unique Christmas gift ideas for my husband. I wasn't confident at first with what I ordered (a photo sculpture) but when it came in, I was ecstatic. I had found the Mecca of personalized photo gifts. I love that I can order just one of my design. Now, Zazzle is my "GO TO" website for special gifts. Anybody can buy a gift certificate, but not everybody takes advantage of the Zazzle website to make a gift that stuns and surprises the person when they open a personally designed gift from Zazzle! Without Zazzle, buying gifts for several of my family members would be more difficult and much less meaningful. The photo sculptures have been my favorite gift on Zazzle. You can get them to sit on your desk, as a magnet, or an ornament. I also recommend becoming a Zazzle Black member if you're given the option.
I've ordered several different products from Zazzle both for my business and for personal use. Each time I got my order in a timely manner and I find the print quality is exceptional. I admit I wait for sales, but I'm never disappointed.

My children attend a small private school that has a logo, but currently does not offer spirit items. I was able to create those on Zazzle as part of their Christmas. The logo has a lot of color that I thought might bleed or be inferior. BUT ZAZZLE SMOKED THOSE SHIRTS!!! They did a truly wonderful job. I WILL BE BACK.
Love both my new Zazzle customized IPhone 4 covers. Great design, lovely colours, fits like a glove and having my name personalised on them both makes them stand out. Would recommend them to others. Great service, quick delivery from overseas, no problems what's so ever!!!
We recently experienced some communication barriers related to a nonprofit's exempt status with regard to retail taxes but they were overcome with one phone call from Eddie. Product is excellent but would invite Zazzle to carefully review the first tier customer support to not lose executive customers who will order with frequency.
I purchased $150. worth of LOL t-shirts on 12/1/2013 for my handicapped son for XMAS. On the 17th of December I had the temerity to ask them where my stuff was. They sent me an email stating that the order would be processed and shipped out 10 days from my email asking where my shirts were. In other words Dec 27th. I replied to that email stating that 27 days from the date they received my money to ship t shirts was ludicrous. They responded my cancelling my order and refunding my money to my PayPal account. They took just long enough so that I couldn't order t-shirts from anyone else to get them in time for XMAS. Of course it will be another 5 to 10 business days before that money shows up in my PayPal account so they will have held my funds for almost 30 days and delivered NO PRODUCT!!! I'm not sure if I've ever dealt with such poor business people and the ethics of alley cats. My only suggestion to people reading this is to beware this is a totally unethical business group.
Bought five or six men's shirts (none of which I customized myself.... they were already premade) from Zazzle. Out of the 6, there were two which I didn't like once they arrived. One was my fault for not seeing there was an additional printing design on the back which I didn't want; the other, I did not want because the printing was a little blurred. I emailed them to let them know that I wanted to return the two shirts for my money back (for just those 2 shirts). Instead of making me return them (and in the process having to pay for return shipping charges), they said they would just give me my money back while not even requiring me to send them back. What was more impressive (or maybe just a dumb mistake on their behalf) was proceeded to RETURN MY MONEY BACK FOR THE ENTIRE 6 SHIRT ORDER and not just the two shirts I wanted to return.
While it's possible that (given that I purchased them during the holiday season) they didn't make me return the shirts for a refund because they felt they did not have the staffing to deal with returns during what is probably their highest order volume of the year, I will give them the benefit of the doubt here that they were doing it out of pro-consumer business policies. I definitely owe them one there.
Only other issue was the it did take about a week and a half before I saw the money back on my online credit card account. Not excessively long either though. And it did take about a week or so from the order date for the shirts to arrive.
This year I ordered several Christmas gifts from Zazzle. It was easy, and entertaining. Shipping was fast and everything I ordered was quality. 'I'm very happy with everything. I'm a Zazzle Store owner and I highly recommend purchasing gifts and items for yourself. Also, if you have hard to buy for people on your gift list....worry no more, you'll find the perfect gift at Zazzle every time. I ordered a clock, but because of the limited design tools it was unclear what I would receive. I contacted them for clarification, stating that depending on their response I would cancel the order. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours. They did not. By the time they did contact me (after I sent another message) my item was already shipped, and it was not what I wanted. But they will not refund the full cost, even though if they had got back to me within the time frame specified by their own policy, I would have cancelled the order and I would not be in this position of having to pay anything. Now I am out 30 bucks. I should have researched this company before I decided to give them business, because they have a lot of negative reviews, and just reading the ones here, it is pretty clear that most of their positive reviews are written by Zazzle employees. Keep away from this company. Do not give them your hard earned money.
