I ordered a king sized mattress, a box spring, and a mattress protector via groupon over a one and a half months ago! While the box spring came within 2 weeks, it took 5 weeks for the mattress protector. Inconveniently, both have found a permanent spot in the corner of my bedroom because I have not received my mattress!!! Because zen does not list a phone number, I had no choice but to emailed them...Please, can someone post a contact number for them??? Two days ago, Zen via Julia emailed me back that they "are very sorry" and are "investigating with UPS". If that is the case, why does it say on my account that this order has been partially dispatched?? This makes me think that my mattress is sitting in a warehouse yet to be touched by UPS, which is an extremely unpleasant thought. I emailed Zen yesterday asking for a contact number and more answers and I am still waiting! Because you (Zen) do not have a contact number on your website, I am forced to post this message...if you are out there please get in touch with me as soon as possible...
Beware! I purchased this bed and I have not received it. They claim my bed was shipped but there is no tracking number. STRANGE.They have giving me imaginary days that my bed would be here. I have even took of days from work to wait on my bed. Still no bed! I have yet to receive a refund. I do not mind waiting for a quality bed but I really feel that they have no idea where my bed is.
I keep forgetting to review this bed, but my experience with Zen bedrooms was amazing! Yes, you know from day 1 that your bed will not be delivered in any quick manner, but that is put upfront so you cant really be upset.
I bought a groupon and was not clear on the wording of what bed I could buy. Zen Bedrooms worked with me to make the matter right, and fixed the problem immediately so i could purchase the memory foam mattress i wanted.
Not only was their customer service above par, but the bed is truly amazing! My boyfriend and I love our bed so much. I travel a lot, and sleep in a bunch of comfy hotel beds, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't rather be in my new Zen Bedrooms mattress at night!
Great product- we recommended it to our friends and they are just as in love with theirs. We are about to purchase a house, and are definitely looking to get another Zen mattress (or two) for our extra bedrooms.
I received my Zen, Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress within six days of ordering online. I had read numerous reviews that Zen's delivery, may take up to five weeks. However, this was not a problem for us. The mattress came before the projected delivery date and was easy to unpack. We have found that the bed offers support and extremely comfortable for the Groupon price. I highly recommend the Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress because it keeps me cool all night and I wake up refreshed. My back feels better and I feel energized from Zen's amazing mattress.
I used the groupon to buy a queen sized mattress. It came quickly in the mail and was easy to open up. I have never slept better in my life! Each morning it is tough to get out of bed, and that has never been a problem for me before. Even if I don't get a full 6-8 hours of sleep, I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. I have recommended this bed to several of my friends and family members. My sister and her husband have one also and love it! Why spend $500 on a crappy, basic box spring (what I did 2 years ago) when you can get a luxurious memory foam mattress for less?! I thought it was too good to be true but it is not! I will keep recommending these mattresses to my friends and family. Keep up the good work
I purchased a double size memory gel matress through Living Social. The discounted price was too good to believe but I took a chance. The whole process was easy and went smoothly. I had good online contact with Zenbedrooms and the matress was delivered according to schedule. My husband and I have slept on it for a week and are very satisfied with it.
The price was great (only because I had a Groupon - I'd be more upset if I paid full price), but service was strange. If you have an issue (my code wasn't working), they answer you on their own message board kind of thing, so you have to keep going back to their site (& sign in) to see if you were answered. Also, the bed is very thin & not really all that "cooling" (that's the one I chose). Comfort-wise it's not the best bed I've slept on, but it's better than an air mattress I suppose.
We had a small issue with the first topper we purchased and upon calling ZENbedrooms it was handled in a timely and professional manner. We could not be happier with the new mattress/topper from ZENbedrooms . I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends that find themselves in the market for a new topper or mattress.
Went through Living Social and didn't quite believe the discounted deal of £189 for double UK mattress on offer. Wasn't going to believe it either until it was on my bed! Didn't even believe it was the right mattress (not a topper) as the box was so small but hey...it just kept on expanding when released. Arrived early too. Cannot still believe it really.
I have had 4 perfect nights sleep (the best in my whole life) for such a brilliant price. Zen mattresses are all they say they are and I'm just miffed that I missed getting a single one at cut price for my 83 yr-old Mum. If you see this offer...go for it.
The memory foam mattress is a game changer. I have had the best three nights sleep of my life since it was delivered and the mrs loves it as well. Ordering and delivery were smooth as well. I whole heartedly recommend Zen's products.
I've had my memory foam mattress for several months now and it's a pleasure to sleep on. No more feeling the springs poking in you, or hearing creaks and twangs. Plus I used to suffer from cold draughts through my conventional mattress, no such problem now. The staff at Zen are incredibly helpful, and delivery and after sales service have been excellent. I ordered a Zen Mattress through Groupon. It was not to my liking personally, and I wanted to send it back to exchange it. Zen Bedrooms was helpful and came to my aid, offering to fully refund me for my mattress.
I ordered this product 2 months ago and still have not received it. The only response I have received is that UPS lost the package however it never even left the facility. Two weeks they have been researching with no solution. This is not something as customer I should be involved or worried about. A new package should have been sent out to me. Anytime I have ever had an issue with another company similar to this, it was resolved with a new shipment as soon as possible. I don't believe this is reputable company based on my experience. Update: After posting this review, [name] got in touch with me right away and they gave me a 20% refund and dispatched another topper that was delivered promptly. I am not sure why this wasn't done the first time however. The product comes in a black trash bag so the presentation could be better. However, my son has no complaints about the mattress itself. Overall, I got a good deal on it so I am updating to 3 stars. Still, I haven't had this much hassle in getting a product before and I don't understand why this company cannot be reached by phone.
