I ordered this product 2 months ago and still have not received it. The only response I have received is that UPS lost the package however it never even left the facility. Two weeks they have been researching with no solution. This is not something as customer I should be involved or worried about. A new package should have been sent out to me. Anytime I have ever had an issue with another company similar to this, it was resolved with a new shipment as soon as possible. I don't believe this is reputable company based on my experience. Update: After posting this review, [name] got in touch with me right away and they gave me a 20% refund and dispatched another topper that was delivered promptly. I am not sure why this wasn't done the first time however. The product comes in a black trash bag so the presentation could be better. However, my son has no complaints about the mattress itself. Overall, I got a good deal on it so I am updating to 3 stars. Still, I haven't had this much hassle in getting a product before and I don't understand why this company cannot be reached by phone.
