The bed is stiff, gives me back problems. I argued with them over email for a month before they decided to ship out a shitty 2inch memory foam that I'm still waiting for, for weeks now. Dnt but from them
I am writing today to say Zenbedrooms made all efforts since last 3 weeks to deliver my purchase and they sorted it out today. Need to say as well that Julia and Kornelia worked hard to make their compromise with me a priority and I understand that sometimes failures happens .Thank you so much!

I bought a Zen king size bed. I moved up from a queen size memory foam of another bed. At first I was skeptical because the Zen bed wasn't as firm and was thinner than my queen foam mattress, but after sleeping on it less than a week, I have come to prefer the Zen bed.
Once the package was opened and the bed expanded, the factory smell was pretty strong. I am always weary about this because formaldehyde is horrible for adults and especially children to be around, a lot of items like this are preserved with chemicals. I opened all windows and aired out my whole room for about 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised here to find in fact that almost all that gross plasticky smell was gone. After putting on a set of new sheets the smell hasn't been noticeable since, leading me to believe that these mattresses do not have heavy chemical residues from the factory, if any.
My partner and I are very happy with our mattress. It's comfortable and we've been sleeping better. Having the mattress delivered to the door was great and super convenient. We also had a groupon so it was really affordable.
The mattress is excellent. It took awhile to get it...but Zen Customer Service is very good to let you know the status of the shipping and it arrived as they said it would. I have never used memory foam before, but I will use only that from now on. It does tend to keep you warmer than a regular mattress, but nothing one less blanket will not fix.
This company was so easy to deal with. I received my mattress within a week just before I was about to go away. I had a couple of emails with customer service and they were very responsive and very quick.
I would easily recommend this company to a friend.
This bed is amazing. I have lower back pain and it has made a world of difference. Since sleeping on the Zen mattress I haven't worked up with back pain it's been over 6 yrs since that's happened. This bed will change your life and the customer service was excellent too. Fast shipping!
The mattress we received is comfortable (but the firmness took some getting used to). My wife likes it hard, though, so she's quite satisfied. Just had to slowly ease in and adjust, and now we sleep like professionals.
The temperature problems I've heard about aren't any trouble for us--we are Goldilocks in this bed.
Had great experience incorporating another person into it, when I contacted customer service and had all my questions answered. Our needs were well met.
Overall, we are very satisfied. Happy to have done it with Zen Bedrooms.

The mattress is so hard it is uncomfortable. I contacted Zen and was told that there was nothing they could do. I would have to pay to send it back. That is obviously not an easy or inexpensive thing to do. I asked for them to at least send a mattress top to no avail. I saved up for this mattress and I am truly disappointed. I am going to try and sell it on Craigslist. Do not buy from this company. It is a waste of time and money.
I ordered myself a luxury mattress and it took 6-7 weeks to even get a confirmation and shipment information, when the website claims I'd get it within 2-4 weeks. I had to email the customer service to remind them that they've forgotten about my order (which they never admitted to). I thought I could over-look this because I wanted to order another one for my in-laws. When I ordered another one for them, the order came in quickly to my surprise. However, when the package was opened, we found out the mattress we received was not the size we ordered. Emailing their customer service email back and forth and back and forth about this mix up, they requested for pictures and verification.
It just got so tiring and frustrating after a while you realize that the emails weren't going anywhere. At first, I was reassured a replacement mattress would be sent out that same week. I was later told I would not get a replacement mattress until I provided specific pictures of the mattress. At this point I was already mad that I have to deal with their mistake. It's not my fault they sent out the wrong mattress; it's not my fault they did not specify exactly what they needed, and it's not my fault they can't keep track of what they're doing. Upon going back and forth about what was needed, I got fed up and asked to speak to someone hire up than them. I was told they do not have that option available. That's so unbelievable! And to top it off, the replacement mattress that was "supposedly not to be shipped out until I sent pictures," showed up without their knowledge.
I've asked and asked what was going to happen to the mattress that originally showed up, and I have not received any answers. The only answer I've received is "hold on to it". For what? I do not need this mattress; I do not want this mattress, because I did not order this mattress! And yet, they expect me to "hold on" to this mattress? Believe me, I've tried being an understanding customer, but they have taken it too far. It's been four weeks since I first contacted them letting them know I received the wrong mattress and they still have not given me any information on how they will handle the mattress that I did not order.
Sure, the mattress itself is great, no doubt, but I rather deal with another company who knows what they're doing and have the right information about their orders. Not some random people who are just trying to cover up their mistakes and waste my time. I'm moving on, no thank you Zen Bedrooms.
I love my new bed. I've never had a memory foam bed before and so I was a little worried about it. Not anymore. It's so comfortable. Just the right amount of firm. Customer device was great. Received my bed in the time they said I would. No complaints.
I initially made a mistake and ordered the wrong size matress. Customer service responded quickly and accepted the matress back and worked hard to get the right sized matress to me. Just got my tracking number and its on the way!

Was a bit apprehensive as I had read mixed reviews about problems with delivery issues. Our mattress was delivered speedily - just one complaint however - it was delivered to our neighbour's house two doors away and it took us at least 24 hours to discover the mistake. In any case there was no harm done and we are very happy with the mattress.
They will sell stuff out stock and leave you up to one month waiting for delivery. When confronted with the question "where is my mattress?" they will admit that is out of stock but do nothing about it.
At least they will refund you without too many questions!
We had a queen size sleep number bed that we liked but when we saw this bed on Moolala we decided to try it in king-size. Oh, wow, are we happy that we did. It is so comfortable and we don't disturb each other moving around in the bed or getting in and out of it. I sleep so much better than I have in any other bed.
It came in a small box for a king-sized bed but it opened out easily when we pulled the shrink-wrap off. It didn't even have any creases after it fully expanded. It is easy to move around and we were worried that it would shift around a lot since ti was so light but it doesn't move around.

I got a great deal on my bed through a groupon style deal. The bed did take about 3 weeks to get here but I was well aware that it would take that long. My wife and I love the bed and have zero complaints. Have recommended this bed to several of my friends.
We found that the feel on the bed is different but more importantly to my wife and I, it's considerably better than our previous mattress!
I found a glitch in the ordering process (but I can't remember the details) but I was able to figure it out.
Ordering was very easy and the product was excellent. It was delivered very quickly.
The only thing that I can gripe about us that the carrier gave no prior notice as to delivery arrangements.... It was luck we were home.
The duvets were exceptionally warm, of very high quality and I have absolutely no problems with the order. I would recommend the Zen duvet collection as being a purchase you will certainly not regret.
I had purchased a mattress by zen earlier this year which I was very pleased with. I recently bought a king size bed assuming it would be the same design as the earlier one. Unfortunately it was not and in my opinion us not as comfortable at all. I don't believe that the ad was any different and feel the offer on living social was misleading. I would not buy one again.
I ordered a mattress on September 11, to be shipped to Canada. On October 2 I received an email with a tracking number. As I was assured my expected delivery date would be posted on the shipping website, I checked diligently every day. I'm not home during the days so had to arrange for someone else to be there to receive my mattress, or I was told it would be sent back at a cost to me.
Nothing updated on the website--I never got pas the "processing" stage of my order.
I began a very frustrating back and forth between Zen and the shipping company. On October 16, I received an email from Zen saying that there was a delay at the border, and the item would be "on its way to me by Tuesday, October 22 (end of day)." There wasn't any further communication, and come Tuesday, still no information on the shipper's page. Still just "processing."
I finally called Home Direct on Tuesday (October 22), and they told me that Zen did not provide the customs papers for the mattress to be able to leave the U.S. and cross into Canada. I then got an email from Zen today, stating that my mattress would continue to be delayed at the border until the end of the week.
I'm pretty frustrated with this whole situation. I move at the beginning of November, and I will likely not have a bed. I feel that I have been more than patient. My frustration comes mostly from the fact that, between the two companies, no one was able to give me a straight answer for a while, and I didn't know who to contact. There is no direct phone number for Zen, which was also frustrating, because I had to wait for an email each time, across time zones. I feel that communication could have been faster via telephone.
Through all of this, the customer service rep, Kornelia, who replied to my emails was very friendly and as helpful as possible, but she can only rectify so much.
All-in-all, I really hope this mattress will be worth all of this hassle, and I also hope I won't have to be without a bed for too long. If I didn't think it would cause a million more problems and delays, I'd probably try to cancel my order at this point.
