Quick service, low price

Looked around and found this was the lowest price for a download. Got the code within 10 minutes; it works, nothing more to it.

Brilliant service, key arrived within minutes, best price on the web as well.

I was looking for a digital download of sim city rather than waiting for a boxed copy, but all the other sites i looked at were selling the digital download at almost £10 more than the retail boxed version (you would think emailing a product key would be far cheaper than selling a boxed product).

However I stumbled across ziip who were selling it for the same as most of the boxed retail versions so decided to go with them. Glad I did, key arrived minutes after placing my order.

Fantastic Company!

For starters the prices are fantastic and the fact that they offered digital downloads allowed me to play the game i wanted that night. After placing my order i did have to wait over an hour for my product code, however I do not hold this against them as there was a problem with the transaction. When I contacted customer support they we very helpful and informed me that they were just checking with the bank and that my code would arrive with in 15 minuets. 5 minuets later i had my code and was playing my game.
Great Company, Great Support, Great Prices.
Would Recommend them to anyone!

First Class Service and support A++++

Purchased a game late at night, there was a slight error with the activation code. This was sorted within 5 mins of sending an email to support. Really didnt expect it that late at night. Price and service is top notch, couldnt ask for more. Will continue to purchase from them in the future. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service (even for a sunday afternoon)

For a Sunday afternoon it took Ziip 15 mins to send me my code. I would use again.

Prior to this I had purchased the same game from another website claiming to send you the key within about 10 minutes. To my dismay after 24 hours it still hadn't arrived so I demanded a refund!! Obviously after this I was dubious about purchasing an online key from another website however ZiiP gaming store could not have been any better!! After not even 5 mintues of purchasing the game they had sent me my key!! I popped it in to steam and it started downloading straight away. I have purchased keys from other website's before and I have to say I think I have found my favourite one. Absolutely outstanding service

Was pretty cheap too

Delivers as promised.

Cheap, but not cheap experience.

I had my doubts, games that are worth £20 being sold for just around £8, but I bought the games. The code turned up fast, althought I was told the computer that sends email was restarting at the moment.

No problems redeeming the code, works fine.

Easy and fast online purchase, download code arrived 1hr 20min after placing order

Little apprehensive after placing my order when nothing came with the download code after an hour, as a fair few had said it was only a 5-10 minute wait, but came 1hr 20 mins from receipt confirmation of order and payment: would recommend but for a game like crysis 3 with a nearly 15Gb download be prepared for a long wait unless you have a fast broadband speed - that shouldn't detract from using Ziip though their service was pretty informative and quick, just bare it in mind!

One thing, and Ive seen earlier comments, Ziip please dont send confirmation of a new registered user's account and show the password in the email confirmation.

We try to get keys out as fast as we can - but the time of dispatch does vary on the time of day I'm afraid. I agree with you regarding the 15GBs of Crysis 3 though - it's pretty huge... but worth it imho. Hopefully, as digital downloads become more the norm, the leading ISPs will increase the bandwidth accordingly.

With regard the passwords, we were meant to update our new account signup a month ago - I've now changed it. Sorry we didn't get it done sooner.

New sign-ups now get shown ************ instead of their password in their welcome email. For reference, all passwords are stored in an encrypted format on the database, never as cleartext.

Ordered Sleeping Dogs for the PC on a Saturday evening. Email confirmation of the order was instantaneous, and the activation key arrived in a separate email a mere five minutes later. Activated without a problem on steam. Will certainly use ZiiP again, I find that on non sale items in particular their prices are very competitive.

Was slightly scepticle about the purcahse initially. Oh how wrong I was. 10minutes after I had played my order, I recieved an email with the CD-key. Best service I have ever seen.

Fantastic prices and service - I'm now a Ziip convert for life!

I was looking around for an alternative place to pre-order Crysis 3 from (not available on Steam where I usually buy, just Origin which is massively overpriced) and found Ziip ranked highly on Google. I hadn't heard of them before despite being a UK company where I'm from so I spent a while reading reviews and forum posts and decided to try them out as it was nearly all positive opinions being posted.

The price alone was brilliant at nearly £10 less than Origin were charging for a brand new pre-order title and I received my confirmation and payment received emails within seconds of placing the orders. They have brand new games on their catalogue that are still full price on Steam and Gamefly or Origin down to less than £20! I contacted customer service after 2 hours as I had not received my pre-order code (although I knew it wouldn't come out right away I just wanted to be sure as this was my first order with them) and had a reply back within the hour to confirm that due to this being a pre-order, it would be sent out ahead of the game releasing the day before, which it just was! Thumbs up all around, I am now going to use Ziip for all future PC game purchases :)

Great Service

Excellent service, ordered two game keys for origin on Sunday evening and had them within 20 minutes of ordering with no problems. I had both games downloaded within a few hours.

Competative price and excellent customer service

Having been my first purchase for ZIIP i trusted my daughters instincts and decided the reviews on trust pilot were good enough for me to proceed. We have unfortunatly had problems with scribblenauts on my desktop pc to which the customer service chat servise was exceptional, ironically had to re-install all of my drivers for the display adaptor before i could get computer running properly again (no fault of ZIIP just the game has issues with some onboard graphics I.E Mine!). The chat service to Jester was very professional and although had not come across my problem tried to assist as much as possible. Problems were resolved by the driver update and one happy daughter playing on scribblenauts.

Cheap and easy...but could do with being faster.

For the game I purchased (which was a gift for my wife) it was the cheapest copy I could find online. However, I expected the Steam key to arrive a lot sooner than it did and I was unable to find anything on the company's website (including the forums) with information regarding the time I should have expected to wait. That said, I'll certainly be using them again as this was my only (minor) complaint.

I ordered two games at around 10:30pm on a Friday night not expecting the product keys to be e-mailed until after the weekend due to most businesses operating between 9 and 5 weekdays, but around 15 minutes later they arrived in my inbox as well as several confirmation e mails in between to keep me updated though the process. I was genuinely amazed at the speed, efficiency and the professionalism of the service. The product keys worked perfectly and within 15 minutes of submitting my order I was downloading them. Fantastic customer service and a website I would and will recommend to anyone who games, I will certainly be using ziip again in the future!
