Went fine other than our stupid postal system, sent it to another address 12 miles away....took me 2 days to retrieve it......
Ordred the zoom h2, x display. Arrived next day looking new and with the extra case....delivery was stated as 6 days.....very happy son on his birthday.

Would get five stars if the delivery arrived on time.
Recorder was great though, with clear instructions and plenty of extras included....
Purchased a cheap bit of kit and got it next day with free delivery.
I think you do need a telephone number though....
I spent more than £250 with Zoom4U and my item did not arrive as promised 'within 4-6 working days.' After a month of emailing Customer Services - beware, there is no phone number on their website - I gave up and reported this company to Paypal who have refunded the money.
AVOID Zoom4U!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They took my money and failed to deliver the goods. There is no Customer Service telephone number and they don't reply to emails. I had to go to my bank to get my money back
Although the recorded I ordered arrived late, they upgraded me to a New version. The recorder I purchased was used, so all in all I was very happy.

Installation is a bit complicated and after finally installs program starts updates that may take couple hours to days - it took two days to install for me. It will require some patience to install it, but completely worth it.
I don't really like that installation is via Steam, I got used to old school installations that you just install a game from DVD/CD and play without any social networks and advertisements (it is a bit annoying after every time I closed the game to see advertisements for new games).
Only because the software itself is so fantastic I can forgive this.

after waiting the 4-6 days it said to allow for delivery and hearing nor receiving nothing, i emailed the company and eventually received a reply,, after several other emails to check if anything was happening finally a month later i received my product,,
i simply cannot recommend using this company to anyone..
but hey,.,. at least i did actually receive it in the end!..
Although the first ordered arrived smash by royal mail, they replaced it even before I sent the previous back. The only negative point was the customer service in Germany, not very good.
The customer service in the UK is First rate, especially someone called Sue.

the item i ordered was a gift i made sure there was plenty of time for it to be delivered, when it didnt arrive a few days before i needed it I emailed the only email address i could find on the website, no response. i emailed them again still no reply ( this is including the 48 hours that they say they will get back to you ).
I had no response from them whatsoever i then started to panic as what i ordered was very expensive. so i found an email address on paypal i sent them a message no response again, i then opened a dispute through paypal, finally i receive and email telling me they no longer stocked this product in the uk but may be able to get hold of it from Germany, they also asked me to email them on the original email from the website.
Obviously i asked for a full refund which they finally said they would do Er still waiting, i emailed them yet again to ask where my money was hopefully i will be get my money back soon.
The lack of customer service is disgusting, no apology nothing, if they had communicated with me i may have been ok but the fact is they took my money and that was that they didnt even bother after that.
I am really annoyed to be treated in this way £370 is a lot of money to spend the least i would expect is an email explaining what was going on. i found the item for cheaper on another website and guess what it came the next day now thats good service.

Made an expensive purchase nearly a month ago, nothing arrived.
Email after email ignored, Three weeks. Contacted Paypal whom now are investigating this debacle. Trading standards have sent us a reference number which after four weeks ( now past ) will be activated into a full investigation of Zoom4u.
Received an email suggesting they had 'spam problems' as the email on the website for customer enquiries doesn't even work and would have a refund done that day, that was over a week ago....nothing.
Our experience is clear and ongoing... Never, ever again, would I even contemplate ordering of this site.
We received the ordered item over three weeks late and after having complained. The item showed in stock on the web site all along. part of the item was broken and we had to wait another week and a half for a replacement. It turned out that the main item was faulty (production fault) so had to send it back. Again, it took over two weeks to receive the replacement, and only after having threatened to contact trading standards. Also, no phone number listed on the web site. After some research, found a listing with a fake number on the web...
I will not be shopping with zoom4u again!
So far things seem to be working fine. Only problem is with Photoshop which automatically locks photo images and I can't figure out how to get the layers
The price on the website was about the cheapest, although than a few dubious retailers. Delivery took 5 days as advertised, I did want next day thus the 4 not 5 star rating. This is my second purchase and would use again without hesitation..
