ZOOMBITS ARE THERE TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
I ordered 2 mp3 players from them they sent me the incorrect items deliberately (all part of the scam) i.e. the cheaper version of the model so I complained to them they asked me to return the items using their free post label which I did. They then later go on to claim that they have not received the items when in fact they have and that they can not do anything until the items are received. Therefore they have their original incorrect items that they sent you in the first place and your money and there is nothing they are willing to do therefore you are out of pocket. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY THEN AVOID THEM AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

AVOID.... RIP-OFF!
I ordered a wifi SD Card from this Jersey based company via PLAY.COM, they sent a SD CARD HOLDER instead... I then returned the item as it was wrong and the company now says it never arrived back even though I used a pre paid FREEPOST label! I see at least 3 other reviewers on PLAY.COM have had the same problem, PLAY will do nothing about it so their GUARANTEE is worthless, For nearly a month I was told due to the Easter holidays the item hadn't arrived back, it was being processed blah blah blah...twice by ZOOMBITS they would send out a replacement but they didn't. IPLAY.COM suggested I file for a missing package with Royal Mail, but as the receipt I have is for an SD Card not a holder I don't think it will be accepted!
So I am out of pocket... PLAY don't care... the seller has my money plus probably the card holder, and is SCAMMIMG Royal Mail as he is getting them to refund the costs. AVOID!

Waited 3 weeks no emails saying Out Of Stock
Waited 3 weeks no emails saying Out Of Stock. Just an email saying item despatched. But delayed due to snow. could not get through to number. but did get through to a live chat agent who was very helpful though.
