Best hotel company for business scheduling

Have had good experiences with Hilton's customer service with short term rescheduling changes due to last-minute business changes. Can't say the same for their competitors. The travel department for my company stopped using anyone else unless there is no Hilton.

My favorite hotels!

Every time I have stayed at a Hilton brand property I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. All the hotel team members I met were friendly and always going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Always a great experience at Hilton Hotels!!!

I have stayed at Hiltons all over the place and I have always had a great experience! I have also stayed in a handfull of Doubletree's (which I think are Hiltons) and they are even better! The warm cookies are the best!! I always look for Hiltons first when booking my business trips, and will go out of the way to stay at one. Marriott's are hit or miss...Hiltons are always good.

Very professional and clean

I recently stayed at the Dulles Airport Hilton. Very nice facility and great service.

The valet service is an A++++

I would recommend Hilton to my Mom. THIS IS A TEST.

Love Hilton!

Stayed at many hotels and by far Hilton hotels are the best. From the service, to the rooms, to the staff! The rooms are always clean and the places we've stayed we've always had an amazing experience!

Great for work and fun!

I've stayed at various Hilton's across the country. The hotel staff are always helpful. The rooms are clean, and I'm always able to find great rates. I love staying at Hilton for work trips and on vacations too. Highly recommended.

Hilton har ødelagt sit gode ry

En enkelt overnatning på Hotel Hilton i Malmø burde ikke være så svært.
Flere ting var galt:
- manglende minibar, i stedet stort hul i væggen med seddel om at vi kunne kontakte receptionen.
- manglende velkomstbrev, så vi missede nogle informationer om bl.a. morgenmad, udtjekning osv.
- personalet kunne hverken forstå eller tale engelsk. Det bør være et mindstekrav på så stort og internationalt hotel!
- ventilationssystemet larmede. Vi blev tilbudt andet værelse, men med samme problem. Der fandtes ingen ørepropper.
- bruseren virkede ikke. Ikke godt når tiden om morgenen ikke er til karbad!
- ved udtjekning: intet farvel, "ha' en god dag", "tak for ophold" - lidt høflighed bør de kunne udvise!

Jeg kommer nok aldrig til at vælge Hilton igen!

A vast difference between hotels

Have stayed at many Hiltons and Waldorf hotels am a gold member but find service levels and hotel quality vary from awful to fantastic and when I have had a problem is often a nightmare to get sorted

Nice with status - "so, so" experience without...

Hilton is one of the hotel chains that treats their loyal members significantly different than the "average" guests. Gold or Diamond level members get free upgrades to Executive Floor rooms and Lounges. These rooms are usually very well kept, have bigger TVs & free WiFi and you get free snacks, drinks, hot breakfast in the Executive Floor lounge.

Without status Hilton is not much different than other chains. No free WiFi and a pretty pricey breakfast service. Some properties are older and don't feature flat-screen TVs in the "standard" rooms whereas the Executive Floor rooms have been upgraded.

Even the Hilton's buildings are diferent in every town is certenely they have in comon the aspect of high level arhitectural still, specific for every country. In the center of London, Hilton is a graciuos high, thin rich decorated building and in Bucharest is a medium high building, simple white facade, with italian influence in arhitecure, with beautifull arcades in front of windows, wich ofer a large view in principal road of city Victory's Road and its symbol Romanian Atheneum. Both of them are a specific elegance, more and diferent typs of bars and resturants, small gardens, luxury natural furniture and, of course, an exceptional cusine wich have products from all parts of world. Both of them ofer to guest a very high level of comfort and a lovley, warmely ambient. The think wich made diference by Hilton from others hotels is old and elegant fashion maniere to serve the guests, an impecabil roomservice and a huge flourfull spaces for specific events.
In Hilton, Bucharest I have seen most spectacular weding party!

Lovely anniversary

Had a truly lovely anniversary last week at the Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Meal was first class

Only qualm would be the price but you expect to pay top dollar for such an experience. Was just a pity to get back to the day job and go home - or rather care home.

the best hotel chain for you money bar none

having travelling the world with my family we all love the Hilton hotel
from las Vegas ,,los Angeles ,, Prague,, Canada ,, Sheffield Milton Keynes they have all-ways been fantastic the staff the food the hotels if i was rich enough i would live my life in the Hilton [not Paris Hilton]

Their room service and pools are clean, and the room service is faster than most hotels!

Millennium Hilton, Bangkok - attention to detail

Sometimes mistakes happens and those who don't correct them are said to be making their second one! Well, that could not be said about Millennium Hilton, Bangkok! A few hiccups occurred in an attempt to make a reservation, however shortly after we got offered a very kind compensation for a misunderstand and our faith and trust was back.

As "Bangkokkians" we know Millennium Hilton very well both as a get-away-in-town", their excellent dining and the Threesixty bar on 32nd floor offering a great panorama view over Bangkok and Chao Praya River. Further we both had family and friends staying over here several times.

We, wife, husband and almost 2-year old daughter had two nights in the execute suite – generous space with excellent interior design and postcard view. We needed the extra space! Why? Visiting "Maya, Hiltons Thai restaurant, a set dinner was served on a small table a total of 15 courses (fifteen!) made us absolutely full. 2 hours dinner offering a dancing show telling Thai history mixed with a bit of rumba rhythm’s where you as a guest even end up dancing / running through the restaurant shaking off some of that generous served food!

Kids – bring them along! Staff is more than kid friendly and they spoil them! Do you know the small yellow rubber ducks you use in the bathtub – when you squeeze them they go “eew, eew, eew”? Well, beside the color pencil set and the small fabric elephant, your kid is given this duck branded with a Hilton logo on its butt – now that's attention to detail!! Bring the kids or your self to the pool – there is also a shallow water area where kids can play and parents can enjoy watching them and the river view from the in-pool deck chairs!

Wife tell us that their spa is very friendly too. She brought along our daughter for a facial with no problem at all while I enjoyed the 24/7 fitness and then back to do a little work in the room – on a desk longer than the bed!

We could tell you much more, but why don’t you go check it out for yourself!? Its really worth it. We previously did stay in some of their smaller rooms which was very good too – however we do recommend to book one of their executive rooms as this include both breakfast and early drinks on the 31st floor.

Thank you for two good days and especially thank you to hotel manager Scott who we never got the chance to meet and greet but made the stay for us more than pleasant. Thank you.

You can always get what you wants !!!

Fortanitely a Hilton hotel can be found almost anywhere in the world. Well better hotels can be found, but Hilton are always relaiable with good and clean rooms. The service level are also very good. Prices always very fair unless there are big exhibitions or other happenings in the neighbourhood. If so take a rental car and take the 2. nearest Hilton and enjoy the "unrushed" quietness.

Hilton Copenhagen Airport are so far the best Hilton I have stayed at.
