Received updates as to the progress and also a 3 hour ETA window - which seems well beyond most companies who can only narrow it down to a day. delivery man helpfully carried the (heavy) box in for my wife. packaging was totally undamaged. excellent.
My delivery was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Item was well packed enough packaging to keep the item safe but not ridiculous amounts. There were no signs of knocks bashes or heavy handling of the package. I was able to track the parcel all the way through the dispatch and delivery cycle. The delivery driver was very polite, well mannered and helpful.
Consignment number: ZWAWPI012918 I ordered a bed and mattress and got a prompt delivery date. However the mattress did not arrive. After several expensive phone calls to chase and complain, a new delivery date was agreed. We were told that the delivery cost would be refunded. The mattress did not take arrive again. That is 2 days taken off work to be a the property and more expensive phone calls. It finally arrived on the third attempt. The bed was for new tenants and this delayed the tenants moving in by a week and a loss of rent. This is appalling and I want a refund to cover the cost of loss of earning and rent.
Having received over a dozen couriered packages in the last week alone, how am I supposed to remember which package/s were delivered by XDP? I would be happy to review the service if I could tie a specific date or product delivery to it . In future, if you put this information in the email you send out inviting comment, then comment you can have! In the meantime, I can only rate the effectiveness of your invitation, which, unsurprisingly, has to be a big fat zero.
I had ordered a delivery of solvents which cannot go by normal post. I was informed that the delivery would happen to my home address on a specific day and giving me a PM window of delivery time so I had plenty of warning. I was at work but went home and by chance I saw the delivery driver trying very hard to get a response from my neighbors having tried to deliver to me first. I said Hi! are you looking for number 36 and he said he was so I was very relieved that I had been able to be there for this delivery. It was uncanny how he had turned up at just the time I got home! The driver was a great guy and we had a laugh at how he had managed to choose the exact right time for me.
Great delivery service - hope all my vendors start to use these guys. Delivery was friendly and on-time. Efficient service with very useful informative emails sent letting me know delivery was on its way and expected delivery time. Also good track facility on their website. Very happy with this service.
I ordered my goods and to my surprise I had them delivered the very next day! The driver was very friendly and he carried the goods into my home and put them exactly where I ask him to! The driver was also very polite! I would recommend XDP to everyone!
what a fantastic service we were informed by e.mail about item being dispatched and telephoned on the day about exact time of delivery . really fast delivery from order to receiving item would definetely use again
Consignment number ZDBJIO001928 Card left Tuesday 11/3/14. Rang on evening inform that item would be delivered Thursday. Requested before 1 pm told item would def be here before that time. Sat in waiting Thurs rang 1245 told that it was def on way and there must be a delay with other deliveries. Still waiting rang again 3.30 pm no answer message left as yet no reply no delivery. Checked on tracking system not updated with anything today. Not happy at all. Just spoken to the office who tell me that they have spoken to the driver who has tried to deliver but there was no one in!!!!!!!! There have been 3 people in the house all day.. No card has been left. We will see if we get the delivery on Monday I wait with baited breath!!!!!
I couldnt take the days off work to wait for my delivers (i had 3 over a 2 week period), but XDP were really helpfull in keeping me upto date with ETA's. Then the driver on each occasion actually called me when she was 20mins away in order to give me time to pop back home. Their communication was excellent and without this, i still wouldnt have my items or i would have had to pay the additional Saturday fee. Thanks so much, it made my life so much easier.
Quite simply the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been waiting over a week for delivery of my desk. Called customer support and they said they had made 3 delivery attempts, they have not made a single one, address is manned 24/7. They said they would tell the driver to call me 30 mins before delivery to get directions despite them already having my mobile and home number and would try again the next day, it never left the depot the next day. Well today it was out for delivery again, driver never called and now it says service failed. Depot never answers the phone. Every other delivery company: UPS, Fedex, DHL, DPD, Yodel, Parcelforce, etc don't have a problem and when they do because its a new driver they call for directions in what make this company so incompetent I will never know. I will never ever by from a company that uses these people again. I would much rather pay a £ extra and have it delivery by professionals.
I received an email and sms stating that my order would be delivered today ETA 11.44-14.44. I rang the local number given on the sms and email and spoke to an extremely rude person at 15.00hrs as my delivery had not arrived and he advised that they are late and will be delivered by 5pm. At 17.00 hrs still no delivery. I have rang and left further 3-4 messages but no answer and no one has bothered to call me and inform me about the delivery.
