I've let down 3 customers in the last week due to very poor service with late deliveries and no explanations, one of the customers won't deal with me again, which is very frustrating. Things used to be good with XDP I hope this is not a sign of things to come. I put a claim in for an overnight delivery that was 4 days late and Susan Lavill has denied it with no explanation. Surely a next days delivery that is delivered. 4 days later is late!!!

Hello Nick, Thankyou for your review, I am sorry about the N5 delivery, I will say that particular depot have had problem after problem over that last two weeks, as one of the main hub depots the backlog after the holiday break has been exceptional, just as they were getting to the end of that, the depot was flooded they have had night shifts in and are doing everything possible to get back to the usual delivery standard. I can only apologise and assure you every thing is being done to resolve these issues. Regards Jennifer
