I use them to send money to India, they are the best company that I have found. Their exchange rates are very fare and their fees are extremely low. Also, they have comprehensive instructions for the details required to send to other countries. On top of it all, their customer service has been excellent.
I did not know the fastest and easiest way to get money from Canada to the UK. My bank was giving me all sorts of grief about all the information they needed to preform this simple service. So glad I found you on the net. Fast. Easy. and Economical!! I will use you again.
I made two transfers to test this service, I paid with Ukash and the money was sent via Bank transfer.
The amount which was promised to be delivered to receiver in my XendPay account was actually almost 50% less when it got to receivers bank account.
I requested information in my bank to find out if, maybe, bank charged commission for incoming bank transfers, but I had an official response from my bank that they do not charge commission on incoming transfers and the amount that was delivered is exactly the same as XendPay sent it.,
Since then I have been contacting XendPay customer service and provided them with proof from my bank, that they have sent me the wrong amount.
The last response I had from XendPay was about two weeks ago that my issue has been sent to their "finance team" and that's it. I keep sending e-mails and nobody responds to me for the last two weeks.
This company steals your money and does not send the amount of money they promise you to send.
What I like the most about XendPay is that they are 100% reliable. You know exactly how much money you're going to get in the destination account, and how much it's going to cost you. Plus, the whole process is quite quick (takes around 3 days, which is quite quick for an international transfer). Definitely, much better than the rates and service from my regular bank.
I have used these when they were rational fx, since 2011 however the past three transactions have been a nightmare. With the first two someone phone me back the next day and it was sorted, however this time it is different.
I've been waiting since 13th May for someone to contact me, either by email or by phone. I have emailed 3 x and sent two contact requests but still no one has got back to me.
I sent an amount of money over to Spain, however the money received was not the correct amount, have sent over the copy of my bank statement as per their "no surprises guarantee" but still have not received the correct amount into my bank nor any answer from them at all.
I am now looking elsewhere for any future transactions as I have lost trust in them.
First time ever sent money abroad . Found Xendpay via Google checked them out and satisfied with their excellent credentials. My UK bank required £20 to send the small amount of cash to South Korea for the invoice I needed to pay.

As a long time client I was astonished that I had again to prove my identity. Difficult if you don't have anymore bills because you do everything online.
This could be better done: Exampel - Registered letter to me and there you go.
Also missing the direct Giropay or "Sofortüberweisung" check out at paypal, they know how to do it better.

I was skeptical at first when I saw Xendpay online. My bankers were gong to charge me about nine times the price Xendpay are charging me for few hundreds of euro to my daughter n France. I took courage and sent the money via Xendpay and within 48 hours my daughter received it in her bank account. Fabulous! Will always use them.

We were in a unique situation that required us to send funds from one emerging nation to another. Banks in emerging nations tend to be difficult to use. In this case, it was not possible to us a local bank.
We only needed to send a small deposit and needed to do it quickly. I found Xendpay online and used it with my debit card.
It is not a practical way for us to send large amounts of money or even sending money on a regular basis. But, it was there when we needed it and got the job done very quickly.
We paid almost 11% in fees not to mention the exchange rate was not the best.
If you must get the money there in a hurry, this is a good option. We will use them for this purpose in the future.

This is my 2nd time using this service transferring money to China. Payment arrived in 2 days which was quicker than I expected since when i transfer from my local banks it takes 9 business days for the money to arrived and best of all the cost is much cheaper too ^^,). I started my business a few years back and tried my hardest to source everything within the UK. This is spectacularly difficult and I quickly found that everything can be had for a lot cheaper in other countries. The only problem I had was bank transfers to EU countries usually came with a £25-£60 bank fee which was fairly difficult to swallow at times.

I made a transfer between Spain and Argentina on 8 february . Up to now money is lost. I made 4 follow up inquires and one phone call to Xendpay. Nothing is solved.
Problem has been solved. Transfer done by Xendpay was ok, and money was in the recipient bank in 5 days. After, due to internal rules of the recipient bank, transfer was delayed nearly 3 weeks.
Service of xendpay has been OK. My opinion 5 stars.
The information on the website is misleading as to cost of the transaction. When calculating the cost of my transaction in terms of exchange rate, I found I was paying MORE than if I had followed a more traditional bank-based route, despite their charges and commissions. The exchange rate against the Rand was A LOT better than the exchange rate provided. I should have done better calculations before using this service. I would be crazy to use it again.
