Bought a duvet from Yawn bedding. On the morning of the expected delivery date I received an email from Yawn telling me that there had been an error in dispatch but that the item would be with me the following morning. I contacted them and they could not have been more polite or helpful. Sure enough the item was delivered the next morning and even better the courier company advised a delivery slot of one hour.
My message to others is that Yawn were excellent at communicating and very willing to get things right for the customer.
I found Yawn Bedding on Amazon, ordered duvets and then the snow storm hit the London area. My family and I are relocating from Atlanta and needed bedding. Claire at Yawn Bedding did everything she could to get the duvets to us. Claire keep us informed every step of the way and alerted us to the delay due to the weather. We now have our duvets and pillows and love them.

Well, I ordered a 13.5 microfibre duvet with a little trepidatiion and it's totally brill, in fact it's so warm I don't need much heating on in the bedroom. As I suffer from horrid dust mite allergy I had got fed up with my feather duvet and decided to get a 'synthetic' one, so glad I did as it's even warmer than the equivalent goose down 13.5 I had and still has a good cosy feeling (drape I think think it's called). The order arrived so quickly too, was very impressed!
I bought a duvet from Yawn Bedding on the net, the sale was followed up with emails saying the order had been received, then despatched, also a phone call to say it had been despatched and who the courier was and time of delivery - next day - then phone call to see if I had received the duvet was I happy with it. Even had a nice chat to Ollie at Yawn !! Such a pleasant service in all this tecno age. thanks yawn bedding :-)
I was delighted with this company. The quality of the product, the speed of service and the efficiency were all unmistakable. From ordering to receiving my beautiful duvet, two days only elapsed. Having worked in the field of Quality Management for eight years, I knew automatically what to look for and, in general terms, it was there. If I have one minor suggestion for improvement, however, it would be in Customer Services where the staff member I spoke to could not point me in the right direction to obtain a sufficiently generous duvet cover. He contented himself with admitting that he didn't know and could not possibly recommend a competitor! I would have thought customer satisfaction more important than giving trade to a competitor when the product in question is not one your own company produces anyway! I purchased a top of the range single sized goosedown duvet: surely my need to procure a top of the range, generously sized cover for it is both legitimate and understandable. Reviews said that the after sales service was excellent so I assumed it would be. Actually, it was the only small part of the entire process that disappointed me a little. Otherwise I would have given Yawn 5 stars. Personally I think the Company should - somehow - produce or procure for sale its own stylish, high quality duvet covers as well!
So thrilled with my side sleeper pillow.it has made such a difference to the quality of my sleep and has not lost its shape as others do. it is difficult to find a luxury pillow when my husband is allergic to feathers and this has been a great find.
I'm a frequent internet shopper who loves the convenience of it but hates the stress around delivery times. I forget which delivery company Yawnbedding are using but it's been the best in terms of delivery experience so far - no extra charge, excellent tracking and a one hour delivery slot. Why can't all my internet shopping experiences be this good ? I knew the product I wanted to buy but, once again impressed by the clear, easy to use website. Like the name of the company too !
