Yodel 'supposedly' left a parcel of flowers and chocolates yesterday in my front porch. Suprisingly, I do not have a front porch! No slip was posted through the door and looked all around my drive, even in the bin to see if I could find my parcel. After 5 calls to Eastleigh service depot, it seems the Yodel driver left my parcel in between 'the hedge and the bin' at the front of my drive at 14.34, I arrived home at 14.40 and there was no parcel on my drive. Yodel now say the company who sent the parcel have to raise a claim with Yodel for it to be delivered again. What a way to ruin a day. Disgusting service, stay clear and pay more for better service. Even <external link removed> are better than these theives.
