Ordered a pc from pc world, paid for a specific delivery date. (today from 7am until 8pm) So they had a few days to get it to me. Stayed in all day (with an infant who was bored out of her mind) and absolutely nothing. I tracked it online and the last thing that came up at about 2 pm was that it was scanned as part of a secure process. No phone call, no delivery. So at half seven I called them to see what was going on. A very miserable woman told me that they weren't delivering it today because it didn't reach the depot until 2. I told her that is not my problem, I paid for a service and you are not providing it. So she blamed pc world for not getting it to aberdeen in time. In reality it was yodel who transported the pc from hatfield to aberdeen so it was yodels fault. Not even a hint of an apology. Just, "yeah but, yeah but" When you pay for something and they simply don't do it and then have no reasonable explanation or apology or anything, speaking to their advisers is like speaking to a spoilt 4 year old. Will NOT use yodel again under any circumstances and am severley p****d off
