Tried to delivery my package - I was out (fair enough). 'Phone automated system to arrange to collect from local depot. Went to local depot - they "can't find my package", asked me to call back two hours later. Did so, still can't find my package. Have called Yodel daily, still no luck finding my package. They promised to contact my supplier to advise them of situation, but as yet have been too busy to do so. Customer services blames "the depot", and takes no responsibility. I've used all the other major delivery companies before (many times) and not had a problem. *Everytime* I've been the recipient of Yodel's services there has been some sort of problem. Avoid 'em if you can.
