Rubbish

I would love to say I had a great experience but, I like other have had a rubbish experience. I order an Item of ebay and the seller used [Link]. They out sourced it to Yodel using a 48 hour deliver service. I kept tracking my parcel for the 2 days but, 1st day all seemed fine but, the parcel never moved from being despatch at carslie depot for 2 days. I rang Yodel who were very unhelpful saying my tracker number didnt work and they hadnt a clue where why parcel was. I raise my concern that it is there job to know where parcels are at all time and is it not a little odd its no where to be found. I did mention if they didnt have it maybe someone who worked from them may of slipped it into there car by mistake. This seemed to of prompted some action. I got the carslie depot number and rang them and they were very helpful credit to them. She told me they knew where the parcel was on there internal system and it had been sitting in birmingham for 2 days not sorted. 10mins after this conversation the tracker system seemed to be update as sorted in birmingham hopeful my parcel is on the move. In a nut shell there 48 hour service is a load of rubbish.
