VERY POOR SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is the second time that I have had a problem with an Amazon order who use Yodel to deliver, or NOT deliver. Our address (the house was built in 1835) seems to be the issue for them although other companies, <external links removed> and many others, don't seem to have the same problem. The last time I placed an order which was UNDELIVERED by Yodel and eventually fulfilled next day by good old <external link removed>, Yodel said that the parcel had been delivered and signed for but it certainly wasn't delivered to me. This time, I ordered on 5th November and with Amazon Prime was expecting next day delivery but now on the 8th November - nothing and the tracking information just tells me to get in touch with Amazon. I have done this and they are simply instructing Yodel to deliver tomorrow - I'm not expecting this to happen and now what was a birthday present for my son, will either be a non-birthday present or a very late one. Come on Amazon - stop using this company who have such a dreadful reputation and don't seem to be improving despite all the complaints. What is very frustrating is that there is no really easy way to contact them to resolve any issues before you give up the will to live...
