Nice staff but service can be pretty terrible

While all of the staff I've talked to were very nice and helpful, I believe the Yodel delivery drivers aren't pulling their weight. One time I actually watched through my window as a Yodel driver walked up to the house and put a missed delivery slip through the door without ever knocking. The most recent incident involved me getting a next day delivery parcel and taking a day off to make sure I got it, because I was leaving the country the following. As I watched the tracking website, I noticed that the driver had put down that my address was incorrect. This being absurd as I've ordered from the seller before and Yodel have dropped packages off to my address, I spoke to Customer Service about it and found out the best they could do was to re-schedule delivery for a day after I'd already left the country. I ended up having to drive to the depot myself to pick up my package. Literally the most worthless next day service I've ever had the misfortune of using. They seem to do ok if there's no hurry though - all of my 5-day shipping packages seem to come early.
