Disappointed in Asda Direct for using such substandard delivery people.

I was waiting on my delivery to arrive on Saturday between 8am and 1pm as requested. The order didn't arrive and unfortunately I had to go out. When I got back there was a 'we're sorry we missed you' type slip with nothing on it other than the order number. I tried calling the customer service number on the slip but the order number wasn't recognised. After much Googling and research I found another number to call which I eventually (after being cut off twice) got through to a nice enough guy who told me my order had been left with a neighbour, of which I have 15.

As previously mentioned, the slip hadn't been filled out so I had no note about which of my 15 neighbours my parcel had been left with and the guy who I spoke to on the phone really didn't want to open an investigation.

I'll continue to search for my order, but in the meantime hopefully the driver can remember at least which floor he left my parcel on and the investigation sheds some light on it all.
