Appaling.

Waited around all day, so I logged on to track my parcel and a note was left: "Delivery attempted, unable to gain access". No card was left, no one was at my address, no calls. Nothing. Apparently the supplier omitted a line from my address. What infuriates me is that they didn't call because they don't contract drivers to call customers, neither do they supply them with phones. Not only was the delivery note inaccurate, the driver made no attempt whatsoever to reach me. This is the first time I've experienced this horrible level of service. It should be noted that the customer service representative I spoke to was well mannered and very helpful at least.
