OMG, what's wrong with this company??

I had a parcel to be delivered from Ebuyer today (Saturday). I got a tracking number via sms from ebuyer so that's fine. I logged into yodel's system, only to see "Delivery attempted, unable to gain access", no card left, nothing! I wondered how would they retry to re-deliver my parcel?
Wait, it gets worse. I called customer services, and the first one who answered the phone said that they don't deliver on Saturdays. I called again, and the second one told me how sorry he is, and that they couldn't deliver because they didn't have access! Again, I've had parcels from numerous companies, including yodel (from myprotein.co.uk a few times), and they had absolutely no problem! So what's wrong this time then?? Obviously I heard no buzzer or no notes left. The second guy on the phone told me that he left a message to the manager on the depot, to inform the driver to pass by and attempt a re-deliver when he's done with all the rest of the parcels.
I just tried to call again to check out the status, and the line hangs up!
To be honest, I don't believe that any manager will pick up this message and my parcel won't be dealt with today! Absolutely unprofessional!! Why oh why ebuyer you keep using this service? That's a serious reason NOT to buy from ebuyer (which I love btw) again...
