wrong number wrong place

I waited in all day for my parcel to be delivered by yodel only to get an email at 9.45pm
to say they had tried to deliver my parcel but I was out and that they had left me a call
card and gave me a mobile number of the driver so I could ring them to rearrange delivery. I checked my post box no card. then i rang the number and was told I must have the wrong number as he was not a courier and did not work for yodel. the next day I tried to contact yodel and was put onto an automated thing asking for my card number
but I had no card after another 15 min wait I got to talk to someone he told me I had been given the wrong mobile number and he gave me another one to ring, I then rang this number and had to leave a message the courier then rang me back and told me she she must have been to the wrong place so I gave her directions and my parcel was at long last delivered
