Very disappointed :(

I placed my order on Wednesday & requested next day delivery. 2 days later I am still waiting. I contacted George (Asda) regarding this TWICE, and both times they told me my goods were out with the courier.
I have just had an online chat with a member of staff at Yodel who have just informed me that my parcel hasn't even left the depot :(( And the online tracking system is telling me its out with the courier.
Gutted isn't the word. This was an urgent order hence the next day delivery I requested - for an extra charge.
Unfortunately, I will be checking in future who the courier will be. I would not recommend this company at all. Improvements are definitely needed. I'm not a happy bunny at all :(
