I was under the impression from the parcel sender that the parcel I was waiting for wouldn't be delivered until the Tuesday, however Yodel had it down for delivery on the Monday. Because of the original delivery date I had made an unbreakable arrangement, I went onto the chat window to see if anything could be done and spoke with Brian. He did everything he could to try and get the parcel delivered either in the time windows I said I'd be in or get it signed for by a neighbor, even sending a message to the depot while we were chatting, he explained there would be no guarantee, but the issue here is, he tried. So many would have said sorry and not bothered. This is what customer service is about... Politeness, Professionalism and respect..... Well done Brian
