Not very happy, being self employed and offering home delivery to customers I did rely on the information given to me by the tracking system. As their was no information given yesterday I figured the parcel was not coming today and it would be okay for me to leave and do my delivers. Just to be on the safe side thought I did leave a note on the door asking to leave parcel round back, just like I have done on the previous to occasions (it does say on the calling card you will do this).
I have just now being told by someone on your team (as I was typing this review) that only 2 delivery attempts were made, sadly after those 2 deliver attempts the parcel was damaged so the sender had to send out another one. So yodel receive the new parcel and instead on delivering it they just send it back.
