APPALLING track record of non delivery

Yodel Q - What could we do to improve in the future?: Try delivering my parcel !!! it's been sat in your depot doing NOTHING since 7/12/13 ....
DO WHAT YOUR PAID TO DO & DELIVER IT !!!!!! ASAP.

Having AGAIN complained to Tesco, I am utterly astounded they still use your pathetic service considering your previous and current APPALLING delivery track record of non delivery .... and of course the theft of items from within my previous orders in transit to store ????.

Can't wait till they use UPS or a RESPECTABLE reliable company... YOU are neither!!!
