I ordered a mobile phone off Talkmobile the beginning of this week. I was excited when I heard it would be delivered swiftly. Expecting the delivery yesterday I waited in the house all day to find it had not arrived, not even a card was left in my letter box. When I checked online to track my order, to my surprise it said that it had been delivered (and signed for according to talkmobile customer services), however I did not do this! Now my current sim card has been disabled due to activation of the PAC code, and I have no mobile phone. I think this service needs to keep a closer eye on its drivers - I want answers please!! where is my ordered phone??
