I can't get why Virgin media choose yodel as a delivery company!
Suppose to recive my router the 14/8, had a day off, a txt told me it will be with me between 12pm to 9pm (!). Nobody came; tracking page of course saying they came... no any card on letter box.
Thursday, Friday same story, my wife home for 2 days, nobody came, ridicolous. I called many times the expensive customer service, the excuse was the deiver couldn't find the address?!!! Amazon, Ebay and Royal mail always does...
Finally on monday they arrived, i complained to the driver, his answer was "is not my fault if we were late".
Bad service, worst company ever. Apologies neger enough.
