Ordered a parcel from ASDA Direct, they dispatched on the 17th September and sent me an e-mail saying it will be delivered Tuesday evening. I logged on to myyodel and it said my parcel will be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday evening came and still no parcel. I waited all of Thursday and on myyodel all it says is sorry your parcel has been delayed. I contacted customer services, they said that the depot will contact me directly, I left them my tel number but never had a phone call! It is now Friday and still have no parcel, apparently on the tracking it's still at the service centre???
