Tracking service needs to catch up with delivery service.
Very prompt delivery, but tracking and texts were inaccurate - on Thursday text said within 2 working days (Friday or Monday I supposed). Tracking service on line told me delivery expected Saturday. This led to me calling their 0800 number, which I had to search for on Google by the way, to tell Yodel not to deliver on Saturday (office closed) only to be told not to worry already delivered. So very fast and efficient delivery 10/10, A* etc., but could do better for tracking and other communications attempting to keep me informed. B minus there I'm afraid. However I must recommend, after all delivery is the most important thing here, so an overall 9/10 I think.
