My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 9pm. I waited after getting home from work till 8pm when I noticed the Yodel tracker said it had been delivered. I rang Yodel to say it hadn't and nobody was in at that time. They told me it had been signed for exactly 30 minutes after leaving their warehouse. I leave 40 minutes away! This was the centre of Manchester in rush hour so Id guess that would add some time, not only that. There was a serious road traffic incident at 8:40 outside my house....closing the road for 15 minutes. Do yodel have helicopters now. So basically somebody is in receipt of my £300 playstation, but not me. Obviously I cant say the delivery driver "lost" it on purpose but you can make your own decisions. Phoned this morning and spoke the cockiest wannabe gangster that every worked in a call centre! Unbelievably bad service. Surely somebody somewhere can make this business accountable for their actions. My place of work would have been closed by now for acting this way, do they have powerful owners or something?
