No delivery for a third day!

Now waiting for the third day running for a delivery from Yodel Chessington. Contacted the company several times and was told that delivery on the 15th was never attempted even though a note being on the tracking to say card had been left.
No card was left.

On the second day phone customer services at 9 pm to be told that the parcel was passed between two delivery drivers and again no attempt was made to deliver. Again on tracking history told unable to gain access.

Third day, rearranged delivery again. Told by customer services that parcel is out again for delivery even though on tracking is is still at delivery centre. I now assume I will have to do the hours drove to collect in person as this company seems unable to make deliveries.

How difficult is it to deliver a parcel when they have my full address and phone number.

VERY unhappy.

I ordered a package I checked the nominated next day delivery, which meant I had to pay £3 extra, which was fine because I really needed it the next day. I hardly left the house yesterday because I was worried it would come while I was out. At 7pm it still wasn't here. I looked on the yodel website and it said that i could arrive up to 9pm. I recieved a text saying that it would come yesterday and on MyYodel i tracked my parcel and it also said that it would come yesterday. 9pm no sign of it. I tried to call the customer services number and it took me to an automated machine. The machine told me to read out my tracking number, do I did. 7 times, it didn't recognise it once. I was VERY unhappy with the service. When people tick the box saying next day delivery, there is usually a reason why they NEED it by the next day. It is a day late and I STILL haven't received it.

Completey useless service and zero customer service

I ordered a t-shirt through Amazon.co.uk on the 15th February, never did I expect to experience such a considerable amount of trouble in receiving this package, and better yet I still don't have it!. The tracking information stated that delivery had been attempted three times by the date I received your email, despite somebody being in the premises all three times so this claim is false. The tracking information for the item stated that it was at Yodel's service center. I've called this number several times over several days, only to receive an automated service asking for my tracking number which once given only informed that the tracking number did not exist, despite it working on their website, at which point the automated service disconnects the call. I've additionally tried several times to contact Yodel via the internet, where it consistently states no one is available to chat and doesn't give an email address to contact. Now the tracking information is stating that "service cannot be completed" and additionally that my parcel was delivered on 10th April at 10:06, again this claim is FALSE. I have gone from being inconvenienced and annoyed to downright angry with this shambolic process.

Yet Another Failed Delivery

Yodel failed to deliver and claim to have left a card.

I was in all day and received 2 other packages throughout the day. No sign of a failed delivery card anywhere. More than likely they never even attempted the delivery. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is 3rd time this has happened.

Avoid at all costs (if you get a choice).

honestly , I have been treated as if im a friend of the delivery people ,,being disabled n not able to get out to shop so I do it from home a lot and always enjoy the happy banter of the deliverer,,be they male or female doesn't matter , they always ready with a decently handled parcel, all in one piece not screwed up in any way , n also sometimes as I don't get to see people some days , its nice to hear someone ask how I am and care and listen to who theyre dealing with , client wise!!! , then actually pay attention to how I am feeling on that particular day ,,,, im very happy continue to use YODEL and would and will deffinatly reccommened to my friends and family ,, I just must add , its only to those I haven't already recommended YODEL to already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

useless company and poor customer service

i ordered an item on ebay from america,the item came into the country to cittipost and then handed onto yodel for delivery..the ebay tracking system states out for delivery to customer,the yodel van came into my street and delivered to a house further down and left,so no parcel today,and as i don,t have a yodel tracking no.just the citipost provided i cannot contact yodel as the automated system keeps asking for a yodel generated tracking no.so lord knows if and when i will get this been 3 weeks now...between yodel and citipost there does not seem to be one brain cell and certainley do not know how to run an efficient service...i read all the horror stories plastered over the internet,after i made my order as i did not know,and it seems to me the horror stories are credible

Terrible customer service when things go wrong.

Parcel sent from Sports Direct lost by Yodel. Sports Direct confirm it was collected from themselves, Yodel's website states as below.

Ignorant Customer Service staff on the phone who change story by the minute. Polite but completely unable to help service staff on the Yodel's online chat service. Why do I have to pay for an 0844 call to speak to a member of staff when you have lost my parcel? Should be a free phone number! Phone number for Stoke Depot rings out with no answer. No answers given, just told to phone Sports Direct by ignorant staff. You lost it, you sort it! Yodel wouldn't understand Customer Service if it jumped up and slapped them in the face.

Efficent and effective!

I ordered my items from Littlewoods who often use Yodel.
I found the delivery drivers to be polite, friendly and patient. They also delivered early so I received my parcel before I left the house which was great.

Utterly terible service

Twice now I have had the misfortune of having yodel deliver my parcels. My first order was a TV from Argos (no problems with argos what so ever) and the delivery guy was bouncing the box while dragging it down the halllway in my flat building. The TV was broken when I opened it!! My second order was some trainers from sports direct. The delivery guy turned up at my door and said: 'get a pen I left mine in the van'. Word for word, that is what he said to me. I have never been so appauled or insulted in my life!

Fast,efficient delivery and undamaged goods on arrival

Ordered 6 slate cheese boards via Amazon which were delivered within 36 hours. They arrived well packaged and undamaged (which can be tricky with slate) and will look great on the table. Would highly recommend this company.

Yodel-ivery on time.......

Was able to track it throughout and so able to plan my day and also updated via text message to confirm an approximate delivery time. Package was a bike from Sports Direct and it arrived much sooner than I expected, so its built up and ready to go with a couple of fine days weather to look forward to. Would recommend highly.
